This is my second experience in buying a vehicle with Mullinax Ford of Mobile. Jerry Albritton did a great job getting me the vehicle that I wanted, even when it took having it shipped in from Florida. He did a great job of keeping me informed and communicating with during the process, quickly answering all questions that I had. He responded quickly to text and email messages. The finance process was smooth and warrant options were spelled out in no nonsense fashion, making it easy to make a decision as to which would be right for me. They spent a great deal of time familiarizing me with my new vehicle. I was given a fair valuation on my trade in that fell in line with Kelly Blue book. All in all a pleasant experience in the midst of a serious financial decision. I will probably purchase from Mullinax on my next vehicle purchase!!!
