Amazing experience. My wife and I had an outstanding time at Mullinax Ford of Mobile. Salomon, the sales associate who helped us went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. We live five hours away. I called Solomon prior to the visit about a Ford super duty truck that was on the website. He explained everything clearly about the truck, and discussed some of the rebates they had to save money on the purchase. I told Solomon that I was interested in purchasing truck, and what I was able to apply for the down payment. He understood that we were five hours away so his goal was to have everything right with the final price before we left the house. He wanted our experience to be pleasant and hassle free, and not the feeling of a waste of time. His professionalism, honesty, and genuinely friendly attitude made a huge difference. If you are looking for great customer service and a team that truly cares, definitely Mullinax Ford of Mobile, and ask for Solomon. We couldn’t be more happier with our experience. highly recommend.
