He had such a great upbeat energy the whole time! I have recommended him to many people that are also looking for cars. I also did financing with Robert Koon, he was a very kind funny man and made sure that pricing was where I needed. Overall, they both made this experience one I’ll never forget.
Great Dealership here in Mobile and the service Department is great , Tracey has always got us in and out and attended to our needs ! We don't use anyone else but Mullanex Ford on all our needs including charging the oil .... everything ! Also we were in recently to service my husband's mustang and my car navigator had a recall on the lights that come on the ground when you open the door so instead of having two different appointments Tracy in the service department done what they call a piggyback and took his car in first to be serviced and as soon as they were done with his car they took mine in next and we were there maybe an hour and a half, we really like them I mean they do our oil change anything that we need or whatever comes up we go to mullinax Ford and we love our girl in the service department Tracy she's a diamond she's the best understands you talks to you get you in when you need to come in I couldn't ask for a better service person ! Thank you mullinax Ford and thank you for hiring you people who know what they're doing they know their job and they can handle anything.... Thank you once again !

I ordered a 2025 Platinum F250 3 months ago. Mullinax provided a very fair estimated trade-in at that time subject to further depreciation. I just took delivery of the new truck and was pleasantly surprised they honored the original trade-in estimate.
It was a very low pressure experience.
My wife purchased a new Platinum Expedition 2 years ago. She was very happy with the experience, as well.
I will be ordering my next new Platinum there in a couple years!

It's easy to look good when everything goes well, but Nicole and the Mullinax management really shined through when a possibly-serious, completely unknown issue arose after we left with our newly-purchased car. Everybody claims the customer is their main concern, but Mullinax did everything to make our situation right. Highly recommeded.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a used vehicle from Mullinax Ford in Mobile, AL. We looked at vehicles from MS to FL and Mullinax Ford had exactly what we were looking for. Our sales associate, Salomon Ramos was super nice, genuine and NOT high pressure. Mullinax has a pricing structure different than most dealerships, eliminating all that haggling. Mr. Ramos, worked with the technicians in the service department and allowed us to check the used vehicle thoroughly. We owned our own automotive repair business for 30 years and wanted to look it over ourselves. At purchase, we were given a 5 day/300 mile warranty. Unfortunately, we experienced catastrophic engine failure days later. What happened was nothing neither we nor they could have foreseen. Johnathan Byrd, sales manager reassured us that Mullinax Ford was going to take care of us and that he did. Salomon & Johnathan kept us updated regularly during the engine replacement repair process and we could not have been more pleased. The entire staff went above and beyond. Living in Gulf Shores I have used the local Ford dealership in Foley for years. Even with that relationship in place, Mullinax Ford treated as a more valued customer on my 1st purchase with them. I received a better offer for my trade, better inventory, and a knowledgeable sales person all added to that. Continues to work after the sale to make a few minor issues with the truck right.
