3/22/2024 I bought a certified SUV BMW X3 28i with Mr. Jeremy Muniz. I can't thank him enough for the patience and his dedication to the dealership as the vehicle had issues - voltage issue which was turning the vehicle off completely once I was in a stop or traffic. He made sure that everything was remediated - new tires, new battery, new windshield, new back tail lights, sync retractable cover, 75K maintenance, detail, and new mass air flow valve. His attention to details and his customer service is highly appreciated. That's why I keep returning to Mullinax ford of Mobile. This have been my 6th vehicle that I've purchased from the dealership and 5th time with Mr. Muniz. Thank you for what you do. My husband and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a used vehicle from Mullinax Ford in Mobile, AL. We looked at vehicles from MS to FL and Mullinax Ford had exactly what we were looking for. Our sales associate, Salomon Ramos was super nice, genuine and NOT high pressure. Mullinax has a pricing structure different than most dealerships, eliminating all that haggling. Mr. Ramos, worked with the technicians in the service department and allowed us to check the used vehicle thoroughly. We owned our own automotive repair business for 30 years and wanted to look it over ourselves. At purchase, we were given a 5 day/300 mile warranty. Unfortunately, we experienced catastrophic engine failure days later. What happened was nothing neither we nor they could have foreseen. Johnathan Byrd, sales manager reassured us that Mullinax Ford was going to take care of us and that he did. Salomon & Johnathan kept us updated regularly during the engine replacement repair process and we could not have been more pleased. The entire staff went above and beyond. Very unhappy with salesman’s lack diligence. We were told it would be $3000 down and $313 per month. When we entered finance office, it had been change and we were required to put $3300 down and $418 per month. This info was relayed to the salesman but he never told us.
