I helped my Dad with his purchase of a 2026 Ford Ranger from Mullinax Ford. After 3 swings and misses from fairly local dealers, we finally hit a Home Run in Mobile. Our salesman Derek was great along with anyone else we talked with from Mullinax. We got a great price on a new truck with no hidden fees. I would highly recommend Mullinax Ford to anyone in the market for a New or Used vehicle.

Amazing experience. My wife and I had an outstanding time at Mullinax Ford of Mobile. Salomon, the sales associate who helped us went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. We live five hours away. I called Solomon prior to the visit about a Ford super duty truck that was on the website. He explained everything clearly about the truck, and discussed some of the rebates they had to save money on the purchase. I told Solomon that I was interested in purchasing truck, and what I was able to apply for the down payment. He understood that we were five hours away so his goal was to have everything right with the final price before we left the house. He wanted our experience to be pleasant and hassle free, and not the feeling of a waste of time. His professionalism, honesty, and genuinely friendly attitude made a huge difference. We only use mulinax ford to purchase vehicles. We live near Orlando. With our last vehicle purchase we found a vehicle at the sister dealer in mobile Alabama. Only 8 hr away. I told the sales man Chris that I would extend our trust of mulinax to Alabama if he gave me his word when we got there that the truck was everything it said it was and more. Chris went WAY out of his way and went above and beyond to ensure this was as such. He had the truck fully inspected where they found it needed a transmission. Instead of just sending us on our way he ensured it was fixed properly. The truck was detailed and serviced and ready to go on our agreed date and time. No issues whatsoever on the 8hr drive home or since. If a dealer can not do a few simple thing you need to look elsewhere ie mulinax 1. If they can not tell you an OUT THE DOOR price before you even walk in. 2. If they can not give you distance to talk it over with a spouse or partner for a little bit. 3. If they have to use high pressure sales to land the deal. All the above run away don’t walk. Thanks mulinax as always it’s pleasure working with yall. We will be buying my daughter’s car from yall next year.

Derek as a salesman was awesome! I had inquired about a specific 2025 bronco sport. He kept in communication with me throughout the entirety of the day since I was coming from out of town even though it was the last day of the month and the dealership was busy busy. He made the experience easy and was overall enthusiastic showing me a bronco sport since being a bronco owner himself. Finance man Terrance also deserves a 5 star review as well. Being closing time on an already busy day, he made sure to answer all questions I had about financing and had the patience to sit through all nitty gritty inquiries I had.

I had a recall issue with my Explorer. I called Mullinax bc they are the only dealer in the area to offer mobile service. I spoke with the service advisor, emailed photos of the VIN and odometer (required for the recall), and scheduled a mobile service appointment all in a 5-minute phone call. I received texts in the next few days all to confirm the service had been approved by Ford corporate and to confirm the appointment. The service tech called to let me know he was on the way, arrived on time, and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. My service advisor and the mobile tech were friendly, professional, and pleasant.

I had just moved into town and needed some routine maintenance service and a recall check. Mullinax Ford set me up with an appointment for the next day. I was greeted by the friendliest service people I have ever met in the automotive industry, told exactly what would be done and how long it would take. They called for pick up before the time stated. When I picked up there were no delays and I even received a follow up call and that has NEVER happened anywhere else. Loved the experience. My wife was traveling for work when her car was damaged. Since we aren’t local, I called the local Ford dealership and spoke with Bryan in the service department. Recently purchased a car from mullinax ford and Nicole was A MA ZING!!!! She went out of her way to make the process as smooth as possible, from communicating with me over the phone since I am out of state to holding the car for me till I was able to drive there to see it. I walked in and was greeted instantly by her, walked to the car , did a test drive and was out the door with my new car in under 2 hours. I did have some issues afterwards with a disgusting service department at another dealership and once again, Nicole was able to help me out and even made that process better, she is extremely TOP NOTCH. Just used the Mullinax home service because my battery died in the driveway. The scheduler got me connect to a service technician and he squeezed me in within about two hours. Got the new battery in, checked on the electronics to ensure they reset and everything was great! Have used Mullinax for 25 years-3 different trucks! Great service.

We only use mulinax ford to purchase vehicles. We live near Orlando. With our last vehicle purchase we found a vehicle at the sister dealer in mobile Alabama. Only 8 hr away. I told the sales man Chris that I would extend our trust of mulinax to Alabama if he gave me his word when we got there that the truck was everything it said it was and more. Chris went WAY out of his way and went above and beyond to ensure this was as such. He had the truck fully inspected where they found it needed a transmission. Instead of just sending us on our way he ensured it was fixed properly. The truck was detailed and serviced and ready to go on our agreed date and time. No issues whatsoever on the 8hr drive home or since. If a dealer can not do a few simple thing you need to look elsewhere ie mulinax 1. If they can not tell you an OUT THE DOOR price before you even walk in. 2. If they can not give you distance to talk it over with a spouse or partner for a little bit. 3. If they have to use high pressure sales to land the deal. All the above run away don’t walk. Thanks mulinax as always it’s pleasure working with yall. We will be buying my daughter’s car from yall next year.

I had a recall issue with my Explorer. I called Mullinax bc they are the only dealer in the area to offer mobile service. I spoke with the service advisor, emailed photos of the VIN and odometer (required for the recall), and scheduled a mobile service appointment all in a 5-minute phone call. I received texts in the next few days all to confirm the service had been approved by Ford corporate and to confirm the appointment. The service tech called to let me know he was on the way, arrived on time, and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. My service advisor and the mobile tech were friendly, professional, and pleasant.

It's easy to look good when everything goes well, but Nicole and the Mullinax management really shined through when a possibly-serious, completely unknown issue arose after we left with our newly-purchased car. Living in Gulf Shores I have used the local Ford dealership in Foley for years. Even with that relationship in place, Mullinax Ford treated as a more valued customer on my 1st purchase with them. I received a better offer for my trade, better inventory, and a knowledgeable sales person all added to that. Continues to work after the sale to make a few minor issues with the truck right.
