The next business day we had an appointment went to the dealership at opening. Michael had the car cleaned, gassed up and ready to go. We finalized the details and met with the finance individual. He was personable and very knowledgeable as well. We completed the deal in about 2 hours. We have purchased many vehicles in the past and found Mullinax, Michael, and the finance representative to be personable, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. It is refreshing to go to a place and not have to haggle over a deal and then be there all day just to purchase a vehicle. My husband and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a used vehicle from Mullinax Ford in Mobile, AL. We looked at vehicles from MS to FL and Mullinax Ford had exactly what we were looking for. Our sales associate, Salomon Ramos was super nice, genuine and NOT high pressure. Mullinax has a pricing structure different than most dealerships, eliminating all that haggling. Mr. Ramos, worked with the technicians in the service department and allowed us to check the used vehicle thoroughly. We owned our own automotive repair business for 30 years and wanted to look it over ourselves. At purchase, we were given a 5 day/300 mile warranty. Unfortunately, we experienced catastrophic engine failure days later. What happened was nothing neither we nor they could have foreseen. Johnathan Byrd, sales manager reassured us that Mullinax Ford was going to take care of us and that he did. Salomon & Johnathan kept us updated regularly during the engine replacement repair process and we could not have been more pleased. The entire staff went above and beyond.
