Great experience. Jeremy was honest and upfront on the whole process. I drove 2 1/2 hours with less than 12 hours notice to the dealer and they had the maintenance performed and truck washed and ready. I will use Mullinax in the future.

Our sales associate, Salomon Ramos was super nice, genuine and NOT high pressure. Mullinax has a pricing structure different than most dealerships, eliminating all that haggling. Mr. Ramos, worked with the technicians in the service department and allowed us to check the used vehicle thoroughly. We owned our own automotive repair business for 30 years and wanted to look it over ourselves. At purchase, we were given a 5 day/300 mile warranty. Unfortunately, we experienced catastrophic engine failure days later. What happened was nothing neither we nor they could have foreseen. Johnathan Byrd, sales manager reassured us that Mullinax Ford was going to take care of us and that he did. Salomon & Johnathan kept us updated regularly during the engine replacement repair process and we could not have been more pleased. The entire staff went above and beyond.
