This is the second vehicle I have bought from Mullinax Ford, with the first being in 2018. My experience then and subsequently through the service department and now through this last acquisition at the 2022 mustang has been absolutely flawless. The staff is courteous, professional, informative and has my needs and interests for most. As my daughter said Mullinax is our family dealer. Now, here we are in 2025 and I'm looking again. But, I have been so pleased with Mullinax, I am only looking on their website. Incredible sales experience and on-going excellent service. Currently, into my 7th year.

Purchased a 2024 F150 Lighting. Ask for Jacob when visting the Mobile location. After shopping online for a month, Mullinax had the best price. I should have bought the Avalanche color last month, but happy with the silver F150 we purchased. Jacob, Johnathan and Terrance made the process painless. Other dealers will add fees (window tint, paint protection, doc fees, etc) to the low cost making it much higher than Mullinax. Will be back when we are ready for our next Ford.

Bought my 2024 Hyundai Palisade at Ford last night, with the help of Nicole Barnett. It was an easy straight forward process. No haggling or dealer fees, we just paid tax and title. They gave me a good deal for my trade. I was able to start the finance process over the phone with Nicole and by the time I got to the dealership after work, I only had to sign our paper work. They even beat my credit unions interest rate. It took less than an hour, and Mr. T in the finance office was so nice and funny.

Once I got there, they were very friendly, professional, and helpful. The waiting area is nice, clean, and comfortable. We saw the vehicle on the internet and sent a msg to the dealership. Michael contacted us and obtained a fair no haggle price and trade in offer. The next business day we had an appointment went to the dealership at opening. Michael had the car cleaned, gassed up and ready to go. We finalized the details and met with the finance individual. He was personable and very knowledgeable as well. We completed the deal in about 2 hours. We have purchased many vehicles in the past and found Mullinax, Michael, and the finance representative to be personable, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. It is refreshing to go to a place and not have to haggle over a deal and then be there all day just to purchase a vehicle. Mullinax and Michael have earned us as loyal customers and we will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.

Took my 2013 Ford Escape to the Service Shop (24-26 July 2017) for several minor recalls and a VVT sensor replacement. Crystal was my service shop rep and from start to finish, she was spot on with her experience, customer relations, and understanding of the process. With her great personality, she called me several times to explain the status of repairs, which helped with the experience. Crystal is a great asset to have at Mullinax Ford.

The most bull-loney-free auto purchase I’ve ever experienced. Friendly staff, no fast talk, no gimmicks or whacky marketing psychology; on top of having the best prices in the Gulf States on everything I looked at. Along with not having stacks of junk fees; I said no to all the back-of-house stuff and wasn’t hassled about it at all. I gave the gentlemen the numbers I needed and they got me as close as humanly possible. I was in and out in two hours with my pre-owned, but excellently-cared-for truck. I can’t think of anything I would have changed and being a salesman myself, I’m a pretty tough sell. I will definitely be buying from them again in the near future; and recommend them hands down over any of the dozen or so dealerships I’ve dealt with in my adult life. Give them a shot, you won’t regret it!

After WAY too much analysis, I decided what truck I wanted. After searching all over the southeast for what I wanted for a reasonable price, I landed at Mulllinax in Mobile. Price wise, for exactly what I wanted, they beat the other folks by nearly $10,000. Even more important to me than that is, I HATE the haggle process. I'm not good at it. I always feel like I'm getting cheated. At Mullinax, no haggle, no dealer/filing/stupid additional fees. The price is what you pay. Shannon was my salesman. He was great. I goofed up a couple of things and he fixed them easily. Then, when I didn't remember to ask for the military rebate Ford is offering until 3 days later, he fixed it for me. My brother was with me. It was such a great experience, he went over 4 days later and bought himself a new truck also. Highly recommend Mullinax and Shannon.

Mullinax was fantastic! We had many people recommend them to us, so that’s where we went. I worked with Salomon, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. They didn’t have the exact 2026 Explorer I wanted on the lot, but I knew exactly what I was looking for—and what I wasn’t. Salomon immediately got to work locating the perfect vehicle, and within a week I was signing the paperwork. I live about an hour and a half away, but that never caused any issues. Salomon was incredibly responsive, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He also secured an outstanding appraisal for my trade-in—about $1,500 more than any other offer I received. When it came time to sign the paperwork, we worked with Terrance. He was knowledgeable, personable, and made the paperwork process straightforward and enjoyable. On top of the excellent service, we saved over $5,000 by purchasing through Mullinax. We wanted to go over and test drive it and possibly trade in our vehicle so I reached out on Saturday morning before they opened and Blayde got back with me quickly. He checked to make sure they still had the vehicle because I told him we didn't want to drive an hour and a half to get there and not see the car. He let us know it was there and that if we gave him 30 minutes notice before we arrived he would have it ready for us to drive. Blayde was great and showed us a couple other vehicles as well but ultimately worked with us on getting a very competitive trade on our vehicle and making the buying process easy. It was worth the drive from Pensacola to get our new Mustang Mach E!

I went in and immediately feel in love with the 2026 Ford Explorer Tremor on the showroom floor. Our salesman was Errol. I only came in to test drive the explorer ST to shut my husband up. Errol was awesome. He was not pushy, he simply followed my lead and my interests in the vehicle. Once he got to the massage seats, it was over. I said SOLD. Chris worked very hard to get us the truck we wanted. Unfortunately, on our end, there was a delay in our down payment hitting our bank account, so he got approval for us to put down a minimal amount to hold the truck until the money hit our account a few days later. Terence closed the deal for us once the money was there as Chris was off that day. Both were very helpful and we appreciate the extra effort they both put in for us. Great team and we will definitely be back when in need of another vehicle.

Shannon was just super nice right from the first phone call and treated me like a friend when we met. Shannon handled all the paperwork and ensure I had copies of everything. Also the finance manager Robert Koon the State of Alabama Hall of Fame boxing Champion was very nice to meet as well and he handled the financing perfectly. The entire staff were just awesome it was kinda funny because even as I left to bring vehicle home a light appeared on dash and I was alarmed and an unknown salesman walked out seeing I was having difficulty and he looked and saw I had a door ajar causing the light to come on we both laughed about that and everything of course was fine. Their team had already performed the maintenance and detailed my vehicle to ensure all was good and gave me a warranty in addition to the great price of the vehicle. I will be going back for ALL my vehicle needs and I highly recommend Shannon and Mullinax Ford of Mobile to all my family and friends ‼️

Living in Gulf Shores I have used the local Ford dealership in Foley for years. Even with that relationship in place, Mullinax Ford treated as a more valued customer on my 1st purchase with them.
