Nicole was our sales specialist and was very easy to work with. No pressure sales. The vehicle we were interested in still had to go to service since they had just got it in, and she kept us informed of the process so there were no surprises. We are very pleased with our vehicle, and the dealership.

My wife and I had a great buying experience with our Salesman Mr. James Stallworth. The entire staff were super friendly and made us feel welcomed. We drove from Baldwin county and it was worth it. After WAY too much analysis, I decided what truck I wanted. After searching all over the southeast for what I wanted for a reasonable price, I landed at Mulllinax in Mobile. Price wise, for exactly what I wanted, they beat the other folks by nearly $10,000. Even more important to me than that is, I HATE the haggle process. I'm not good at it. I always feel like I'm getting cheated. At Mullinax, no haggle, no dealer/filing/stupid additional fees. The price is what you pay. Shannon was my salesman. He was great. I goofed up a couple of things and he fixed them easily. Then, when I didn't remember to ask for the military rebate Ford is offering until 3 days later, he fixed it for me. My brother was with me. It was such a great experience, he went over 4 days later and bought himself a new truck also. Highly recommend Mullinax and Shannon.

Very efficient sales process and good communication through the whole process. You need to do your own due dilligence in financing but they were easy to work with on that also. I didn’t have to do much follow up at all. Just sign and drive.

Mullinax was fantastic! We had many people recommend them to us, so that’s where we went. I worked with Salomon, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. They didn’t have the exact 2026 Explorer I wanted on the lot, but I knew exactly what I was looking for—and what I wasn’t. Salomon immediately got to work locating the perfect vehicle, and within a week I was signing the paperwork. I live about an hour and a half away, but that never caused any issues. Salomon was incredibly responsive, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He also secured an outstanding appraisal for my trade-in—about $1,500 more than any other offer I received. When it came time to sign the paperwork, we worked with Terrance. He was knowledgeable, personable, and made the paperwork process straightforward and enjoyable. On top of the excellent service, we saved over $5,000 by purchasing through Mullinax. We have been shopping for a Ford Mustang Mach E and found one on their website. We wanted to go over and test drive it and possibly trade in our vehicle so I reached out on Saturday morning before they opened and Blayde got back with me quickly. He checked to make sure they still had the vehicle because I told him we didn't want to drive an hour and a half to get there and not see the car. He let us know it was there and that if we gave him 30 minutes notice before we arrived he would have it ready for us to drive. Blayde was great and showed us a couple other vehicles as well but ultimately worked with us on getting a very competitive trade on our vehicle and making the buying process easy. It was worth the drive from Pensacola to get our new Mustang Mach E!

My brother recently purchased a Ford F-150 from Mobile and worked with Shannon Moore. He had such a great experience that I decided to purchase a Ford F-250 from Shannon as well. After conducting extensive research and comparing prices at multiple dealerships, I found that Mobile offered my truck for thousands less than comparable vehicles elsewhere. I went in and immediately feel in love with the 2026 Ford Explorer Tremor on the showroom floor. Our salesman was Errol. I only came in to test drive the explorer ST to shut my husband up. Errol was awesome. He was not pushy, he simply followed my lead and my interests in the vehicle. Once he got to the massage seats, it was over. I said SOLD. He stepped back and let my husband and I talk. Never once approached us to interrupt. Errol and the finance dude, Terrance made this process so easy, quick and comfortable. Chris worked very hard to get us the truck we wanted. Unfortunately, on our end, there was a delay in our down payment hitting our bank account, so he got approval for us to put down a minimal amount to hold the truck until the money hit our account a few days later. Terence closed the deal for us once the money was there as Chris was off that day. Both were very helpful and we appreciate the extra effort they both put in for us. Great team and we will definitely be back when in need of another vehicle.

Up front pricing on the website (no clue how dealerships who don’t do this stay in business), received out the door price via text. Drove down and they had the vehicle ready. Cameron (our salesman) was great, easy process although we sat for about an hour waiting for the finance guy to get to us. Other than that no issues and would recommend.

I have now purchased two vehicles from Mullinax Ford over the last few years and have been pleased each time. They do not hound or hassle and are very reasonable to work with. They had the lowest price in the area for my most recent purchase and worked with me on finding additional discounts and different financing for lower interest rates. I was super impressed with their finance guy when he offered a different company to finance with when Ford didnt have the lowest interest rates. Was a very simple process to buy a new vehicle. After getting the run around from many other dealerships both in and out of state, they made me feel comfortable and appreciated. One key thing that stood out was when we looked at the truck on the lot, the salesman handed us the keys and walked away. This gave us time to look it over and play around without feeling pressured or constantly getting asked questions.

I am from mid Florida area and was in the market for a new Ford Maverick. I found the I liked at Mullinax Ford of Alabama I called to see what deal I could make. Salmon Ramos sales person answered the phone. I explained to him that I worked in a dealership and new all their tricks and games. I was told by Salmon the played no games best price is advertised and they would only add taxes and tag. Being in the business I was highly suspicious. To my surprise there were no games or gimmicks. He accommodated all my requests throughout the sales experience and the turnaround time when I went to pick up the vehicle was very reasonable compared to other dealerships, about 90 minutes out the door. I brought Bret Maverick in for his first oil change and tire rotation since I took delivery back in January. Service experience was pleasant. Comparable to outpatient surgery waiting. I didn't feel like I was in an automotive service department. My only complaint is small coffee cups.

The staff was very good, and the Hybrid C-Max live up to the MPG it claim to be. I been test driving it for 3 weeks now, 90% city and 10% highway. It average about 45-48 mpg. The MPG computer is dead on. The Mullinax staff was friendly and there was no hassle about the price. The price for the C-Max was fair. I think the Hybrid C-Max will give toyota prius a good challenge.

I have nothing but good to say about this group of people. I purchased a used Sienna from 1000 miles away and they went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make me feel at ease. I haven't purchased a vehicle in 10 years and I don't have much experience working with dealershis. I was a very picky and knowledgeable buyer and my salesman Derek was very upfront and forthcoming about everything I asked. I asked for a couple pictures of certain areas on the car and he sent me 15. He made sure to put any of my worries at ease and let me know about any small nicks and dents to make sure I knew what I was getting. He gave me the exact out the door cost from the very beginning and there were no surprises. I put down a deposit and they held it for me for a week so I could get a plane ticket and Derek picked me up from the airport personally. Everything in person was exactly as they promised and within an hour and a half from my land time I was driving the 1000 miles back home in my new vehicle. Everyone was extremely pleasant and professional. While signing papers and talking fantasy football and cars with Terence he wasn't pushy when offering extended warranties and didn't pressure me at all. He even had a solid suggestion on where to get some local wings for lunch before I headed home. Even though I am 4 states away from this dealership I would recommend them to anyond and they truly changed my opinion on how a dealership could be run. Overall a great experience from start to finish.

If you are considering passing up Mullinex for a repair on your vehicle, DO NOT DO IT, no matter how quickly Ford Auto Nation can get you in, Mullinex is WORTH THE WAIT! There is a reason they are always so busy! My dad’s truck set at the other dealer for 3 weeks, and was told that the problem was an issue not covered by his extended warranty. Mullinex only worked on it for a few days once they got to it, the problem was in fact a totally different issue that WAS COVERED by his warranty. It’s been several months now and the truck is still running great! The staff at Mullinex was also much friendlier and extremely responsive!

I shopped on Autotrader and found the perfect mustang that had everything that I wanted and a price that was way cheaper than anyone else in a five hundred mile search. It's easy to look good when everything goes well, but Nicole and the Mullinax management really shined through when a possibly-serious, completely unknown issue arose after we left with our newly-purchased car. Everybody claims the customer is their main concern, but Mullinax did everything to make our situation right. Highly recommeded.

Living in Gulf Shores I have used the local Ford dealership in Foley for years. Even with that relationship in place, Mullinax Ford treated as a more valued customer on my 1st purchase with them. I received a better offer for my trade, better inventory, and a knowledgeable sales person all added to that. Continues to work after the sale to make a few minor issues with the truck right.
