Tracey , the service advisor really took the time to take care of me and she really went above and beyond. She is a family lady with a good Christian hearted family and she was very professional with the job and she always made sure that she kept a wonderful Dialogue with me, allow me to see the progress on my vehicle and make sure that I was scheduled in a good manner to be taken care of. The ladies were awesome, and they deserve special recognition as well!

My husband and I found our vehicle online with Mullinax Ford in Mobile. After submitting an inquiry online I received a call from our sales rep Jerry. He was extremely helpful and willing to answer all of my questions. We live several hours away from here but drove the distance for the reasonable pricing this dealership offers. When we arrived we were greeted with smiling faces and were impressed with the clean and modern facilities! The car was very well maintained and clean! Jerry allowed us to test drive the vehicle we were interested in and made the entire process seamless. He went above and beyond my expectations with customer service! Derek Anlage and Mullinax Ford made our vehicle purchase the best experience we’ve ever had. He didn’t waste any time finding and bringing around exactly what we discussed that fit the bill, and we had a test drive, a deal worked out, and paperwork signed in less than an hour and a half!! Derek was knowledgable, friendly, kind and compassionate (my mother had been injured in a car accident), and he turned something we were dreading into a very happy experience! I’ll happily send anyone I know to Mullinax Ford!

It's funny I base finding the car I like and want off whatever James Stallworth finds based on my needs. LOL. I might have been thinking of something else but if he doesn't trust it or find it I leave it where it's is because he's going to search all over until he finds it.

I bought a used truck, which I normally wouldnt. I had issues with it and was worried because it was as is. However, mullinax ford's UCD was great. My sales person, Lisa, and the used car manager were great. We talked and they actually helped !!! The vehicle has been good ever since. I brought Bret Maverick in for his first oil change and tire rotation since I took delivery back in January. Service experience was pleasant. Comparable to outpatient surgery waiting. I didn't feel like I was in an automotive service department. My only complaint is small coffee cups.

The staff was very good, and the Hybrid C-Max live up to the MPG it claim to be. I been test driving it for 3 weeks now, 90% city and 10% highway. It average about 45-48 mpg. The MPG computer is dead on. The Mullinax staff was friendly and there was no hassle about the price. The price for the C-Max was fair. I think the Hybrid C-Max will give toyota prius a good challenge.

I have nothing but good to say about this group of people. I purchased a used Sienna from 1000 miles away and they went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make me feel at ease. I haven't purchased a vehicle in 10 years and I don't have much experience working with dealershis. I was a very picky and knowledgeable buyer and my salesman Derek was very upfront and forthcoming about everything I asked. I asked for a couple pictures of certain areas on the car and he sent me 15. He made sure to put any of my worries at ease and let me know about any small nicks and dents to make sure I knew what I was getting. He gave me the exact out the door cost from the very beginning and there were no surprises. I put down a deposit and they held it for me for a week so I could get a plane ticket and Derek picked me up from the airport personally. Everything in person was exactly as they promised and within an hour and a half from my land time I was driving the 1000 miles back home in my new vehicle. Everyone was extremely pleasant and professional. While signing papers and talking fantasy football and cars with Terence he wasn't pushy when offering extended warranties and didn't pressure me at all. He even had a solid suggestion on where to get some local wings for lunch before I headed home. Even though I am 4 states away from this dealership I would recommend them to anyond and they truly changed my opinion on how a dealership could be run. Overall a great experience from start to finish.

After WAY too much analysis, I decided what truck I wanted. After searching all over the southeast for what I wanted for a reasonable price, I landed at Mulllinax in Mobile. Price wise, for exactly what I wanted, they beat the other folks by nearly $10,000. Even more important to me than that is, I HATE the haggle process. I'm not good at it. I always feel like I'm getting cheated. At Mullinax, no haggle, no dealer/filing/stupid additional fees. The price is what you pay. Shannon was my salesman. He was great. I goofed up a couple of things and he fixed them easily. Then, when I didn't remember to ask for the military rebate Ford is offering until 3 days later, he fixed it for me. My brother was with me. It was such a great experience, he went over 4 days later and bought himself a new truck also. Highly recommend Mullinax and Shannon.

Mullinax was fantastic! We had many people recommend them to us, so that’s where we went. I worked with Salomon, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. They didn’t have the exact 2026 Explorer I wanted on the lot, but I knew exactly what I was looking for—and what I wasn’t. Salomon immediately got to work locating the perfect vehicle, and within a week I was signing the paperwork. I live about an hour and a half away, but that never caused any issues. Salomon was incredibly responsive, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He also secured an outstanding appraisal for my trade-in—about $1,500 more than any other offer I received. When it came time to sign the paperwork, we worked with Terrance. We have been shopping for a Ford Mustang Mach E and found one on their website. We wanted to go over and test drive it and possibly trade in our vehicle so I reached out on Saturday morning before they opened and Blayde got back with me quickly. He checked to make sure they still had the vehicle because I told him we didn't want to drive an hour and a half to get there and not see the car. He let us know it was there and that if we gave him 30 minutes notice before we arrived he would have it ready for us to drive. Blayde was great and showed us a couple other vehicles as well but ultimately worked with us on getting a very competitive trade on our vehicle and making the buying process easy. It was worth the drive from Pensacola to get our new Mustang Mach E!

I went in and immediately feel in love with the 2026 Ford Explorer Tremor on the showroom floor. Our salesman was Errol. I only came in to test drive the explorer ST to shut my husband up. Errol was awesome. He was not pushy, he simply followed my lead and my interests in the vehicle. Once he got to the massage seats, it was over. I said SOLD. Chris worked very hard to get us the truck we wanted. Unfortunately, on our end, there was a delay in our down payment hitting our bank account, so he got approval for us to put down a minimal amount to hold the truck until the money hit our account a few days later. Terence closed the deal for us once the money was there as Chris was off that day. Both were very helpful and we appreciate the extra effort they both put in for us. Great team and we will definitely be back when in need of another vehicle.

It's easy to look good when everything goes well, but Nicole and the Mullinax management really shined through when a possibly-serious, completely unknown issue arose after we left with our newly-purchased car. Everybody claims the customer is their main concern, but Mullinax did everything to make our situation right. Highly recommeded.

Living in Gulf Shores I have used the local Ford dealership in Foley for years. Even with that relationship in place, Mullinax Ford treated as a more valued customer on my 1st purchase with them. I received a better offer for my trade, better inventory, and a knowledgeable sales person all added to that. Continues to work after the sale to make a few minor issues with the truck right.
