We throughly enjoyed our experience shopping for and purchasing our 2026 Ford F150 King Ranch. Mr Derek was so helpful in getting it ordered and keeping us updated from the time it was ordered till the time it got here. Mr Doc went above and beyond in getting us financing. He was so helpful and we enjoyed just talking with him. Everyone at Mullinax Ford in Mobile, AL were friendly and nice.

Salesman Vonte Law was fantastic! 10 out of 10. Genuine, sincere, friendly & very helpful in helping find the right vehicle for me. Only downside is that I was told the car would be detailed prior to me picking it up. Windows were smudged, baseboards were not cleaned, this was definitely not what I was expecting . Whatever amount of money being paid to the detailing company is money down the toilet! When spending the amount of money that I spent for my 2025 Expedition, it should have been spotless!

Let me start this by saying I have bought a lot of vehicles from dealers and personal sellers. But I have never been treated with so much respect and kindness as I have been from Mullinax. More importantly from HOLLY from the moment I called her over this truck. She hit the ground running. She stayed over 3 hours late just for us to come see it and test drive it. She answered every question she could and if she couldn’t answer it. She found the answer. The dealership was great too. Got my financing the way I wanted. And went thru the truck with a fine tooth calm. When they advertise no fees. They are not lying. All we paid was the total of the truck and the taxes not a dollar more. They weren’t pushy. And they made sure it was tip top before we could pick it up. I can not stress how wonderful holly was. If you are in the market for a vehicle go see my girl!!!

Mullinax had an excellent variety of the trucks we were interested in. We were able to drive one packaged like we were interested in. They did not have a color I wanted but were able to locate one from one of their other dealers. It came in quickly. Bob Lecroy was a nice, personable, helpful, and knowledgeable representative on their products. We appreciated his efficiency in keeping us updated on the status of the transaction. The only critical remark is that the new truck did not seem as spotless as I have bought before. I recleaned the windows after we got home. They had sprayed a bed liner in it and it looked perfect!

Amazing experience. My wife and I had an outstanding time at Mullinax Ford of Mobile. Salomon, the sales associate who helped us went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. We live five hours away. I called Solomon prior to the visit about a Ford super duty truck that was on the website. He explained everything clearly about the truck, and discussed some of the rebates they had to save money on the purchase. I told Solomon that I was interested in purchasing truck, and what I was able to apply for the down payment. He understood that we were five hours away so his goal was to have everything right with the final price before we left the house. He wanted our experience to be pleasant and hassle free, and not the feeling of a waste of time. His professionalism, honesty, and genuinely friendly attitude made a huge difference. We only use mulinax ford to purchase vehicles. We live near Orlando. With our last vehicle purchase we found a vehicle at the sister dealer in mobile Alabama. Only 8 hr away. I told the sales man Chris that I would extend our trust of mulinax to Alabama if he gave me his word when we got there that the truck was everything it said it was and more. Chris went WAY out of his way and went above and beyond to ensure this was as such. He had the truck fully inspected where they found it needed a transmission. Instead of just sending us on our way he ensured it was fixed properly. The truck was detailed and serviced and ready to go on our agreed date and time. No issues whatsoever on the 8hr drive home or since. If a dealer can not do a few simple thing you need to look elsewhere ie mulinax 1. If they can not tell you an OUT THE DOOR price before you even walk in. 2. If they can not give you distance to talk it over with a spouse or partner for a little bit. 3. If they have to use high pressure sales to land the deal. All the above run away don’t walk. Thanks mulinax as always it’s pleasure working with yall. We will be buying my daughter’s car from yall next year.

The staff was very good, and the Hybrid C-Max live up to the MPG it claim to be. I been test driving it for 3 weeks now, 90% city and 10% highway. It average about 45-48 mpg. The MPG computer is dead on. The Mullinax staff was friendly and there was no hassle about the price. The price for the C-Max was fair. I think the Hybrid C-Max will give toyota prius a good challenge.

I have nothing but good to say about this group of people. I purchased a used Sienna from 1000 miles away and they went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make me feel at ease. I haven't purchased a vehicle in 10 years and I don't have much experience working with dealershis. I was a very picky and knowledgeable buyer and my salesman Derek was very upfront and forthcoming about everything I asked. I asked for a couple pictures of certain areas on the car and he sent me 15. He made sure to put any of my worries at ease and let me know about any small nicks and dents to make sure I knew what I was getting. He gave me the exact out the door cost from the very beginning and there were no surprises. I put down a deposit and they held it for me for a week so I could get a plane ticket and Derek picked me up from the airport personally. Everything in person was exactly as they promised and within an hour and a half from my land time I was driving the 1000 miles back home in my new vehicle. Everyone was extremely pleasant and professional. While signing papers and talking fantasy football and cars with Terence he wasn't pushy when offering extended warranties and didn't pressure me at all. He even had a solid suggestion on where to get some local wings for lunch before I headed home. Even though I am 4 states away from this dealership I would recommend them to anyond and they truly changed my opinion on how a dealership could be run. Overall a great experience from start to finish.

Wouldn't you know it, we decide to buy a new truck--and hackers attack CDK, which provides software to about half of the dealers in the country. Sure, this slowed down the process for a few days, but the folks at Mullinax truly stepped up--staying in close communication, finding me the right vehicle, and taking care of us on the first day sales were possible. It was clear to us throughout the process that everyone at the dealership wanted us to be happy every step of the way. And we were. Much appreciated.

If you are considering passing up Mullinex for a repair on your vehicle, DO NOT DO IT, no matter how quickly Ford Auto Nation can get you in, Mullinex is WORTH THE WAIT! There is a reason they are always so busy! My dad’s truck set at the other dealer for 3 weeks, and was told that the problem was an issue not covered by his extended warranty. Mullinex only worked on it for a few days once they got to it, the problem was in fact a totally different issue that WAS COVERED by his warranty. It’s been several months now and the truck is still running great! The staff at Mullinex was also much friendlier and extremely responsive!

I shopped on Autotrader and found the perfect mustang that had everything that I wanted and a price that was way cheaper than anyone else in a five hundred mile search. Being from out of state I was kinda weary in the deal being too good to be true but after messaging and talking with them I decided that the seven hour trip would be worth it to make and I was not wrong already had all the paperwork done and ready to go it was the easiest car deal that I have ever had an experience with. Purchasing a vehicle at Mullinax Ford of Mobile left me feeling lucky and Blessed‼️ The salesman Shannn Moore was so helpful getting me a great vehicle for my grandson. Shannon was just super nice right from the first phone call and treated me like a friend when we met. Shannon handled all the paperwork and ensure I had copies of everything. Also the finance manager Robert Koon the State of Alabama Hall of Fame boxing Champion was very nice to meet as well and he handled the financing perfectly. The entire staff were just awesome it was kinda funny because even as I left to bring vehicle home a light appeared on dash and I was alarmed and an unknown salesman walked out seeing I was having difficulty and he looked and saw I had a door ajar causing the light to come on we both laughed about that and everything of course was fine. Their team had already performed the maintenance and detailed my vehicle to ensure all was good and gave me a warranty in addition to the great price of the vehicle.
