I've purchased three F150's from Mullinax of Mobile. The salespeople have always been courteous and honest. They've given me a bottom line deal each time, without haggling. It would be highly unlikely that I'd purchase a truck from any other dealership in the area.

I shopped on Autotrader and found the perfect mustang that had everything that I wanted and a price that was way cheaper than anyone else in a five hundred mile search. Being from out of state I was kinda weary in the deal being too good to be true but after messaging and talking with them I decided that the seven hour trip would be worth it to make and I was not wrong already had all the paperwork done and ready to go it was the easiest car deal that I have ever had an experience with. I can not say enough good things about this dealership.

Chris McGraw is superior at his job! We talked about what I was looking for prior to our in person appointment. When I arrived he had two vehicles to show me that were very close to my wants/needs, which eliminated a lot of needless looking around. He was very personable and knowledgeable. I purchased a vehicle from Mullinax Ford from out state. Blayde Gardner contacted me after an inquiry on their site. He was extremely helpful and the purchase process was the best I’ve ever experienced at a dealership. I arrived after a two hour drive, most of the paperwork was done prior, my new vehicle was ready at the front, we had a short wait to go into finance and off we were. I would highly recommend Mullinax for their service, and pricing. I will be contacting them for future vehicle purchases.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a used vehicle from Mullinax Ford in Mobile, AL. We looked at vehicles from MS to FL and Mullinax Ford had exactly what we were looking for. Our sales associate, Salomon Ramos was super nice, genuine and NOT high pressure. Mullinax has a pricing structure different than most dealerships, eliminating all that haggling. Mr. Ramos, worked with the technicians in the service department and allowed us to check the used vehicle thoroughly. We owned our own automotive repair business for 30 years and wanted to look it over ourselves. At purchase, we were given a 5 day/300 mile warranty. Unfortunately, we experienced catastrophic engine failure days later. What happened was nothing neither we nor they could have foreseen. Johnathan Byrd, sales manager reassured us that Mullinax Ford was going to take care of us and that he did. Salomon & Johnathan kept us updated regularly during the engine replacement repair process and we could not have been more pleased. The entire staff went above and beyond. We will refer everyone to Mullinax Ford and will definitely use them in the future. M&L Wilson, Daphne, AL

I live in Daphne, Alabama. The dealership in Daphne didn't act like they wanted to sell me a Maverick. But when I contacted Mullinax Ford Mobile, they took a pre-order. When the order banks opened in 2022, Jerry was able to get my order in. It was the same with rolling over my MY2023 order to a MY2024 order. He followed up. What Jerry and Mullinax Ford Mobile did was follow up at critical points in the process. It was 15 months from the time I originally ordered until I received my order. So happy that I waited for my truck and I'm glad that I decided to purchase my truck from Jerry and Mulinax Ford.

Derek as a salesman was awesome! I had inquired about a specific 2025 bronco sport. He kept in communication with me throughout the entirety of the day since I was coming from out of town even though it was the last day of the month and the dealership was busy busy. He made the experience easy and was overall enthusiastic showing me a bronco sport since being a bronco owner himself. Finance man Terrance also deserves a 5 star review as well. Being closing time on an already busy day, he made sure to answer all questions I had about financing and had the patience to sit through all nitty gritty inquiries I had.

I had a recall issue with my Explorer. I called Mullinax bc they are the only dealer in the area to offer mobile service. I spoke with the service advisor, emailed photos of the VIN and odometer (required for the recall), and scheduled a mobile service appointment all in a 5-minute phone call. I received texts in the next few days all to confirm the service had been approved by Ford corporate and to confirm the appointment. The service tech called to let me know he was on the way, arrived on time, and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. My service advisor and the mobile tech were friendly, professional, and pleasant.

I had just moved into town and needed some routine maintenance service and a recall check. Mullinax Ford set me up with an appointment for the next day. I was greeted by the friendliest service people I have ever met in the automotive industry, told exactly what would be done and how long it would take. They called for pick up before the time stated. When I picked up there were no delays and I even received a follow up call and that has NEVER happened anywhere else. Loved the experience. Recently purchased a car from mullinax ford and Nicole was A MA ZING!!!! She went out of her way to make the process as smooth as possible, from communicating with me over the phone since I am out of state to holding the car for me till I was able to drive there to see it. I walked in and was greeted instantly by her, walked to the car , did a test drive and was out the door with my new car in under 2 hours. I did have some issues afterwards with a disgusting service department at another dealership and once again, Nicole was able to help me out and even made that process better, she is extremely TOP NOTCH. Just used the Mullinax home service because my battery died in the driveway. The scheduler got me connect to a service technician and he squeezed me in within about two hours. I am really pleased with Mullinax Ford Mobile. I had not purchased a car in a very long time. I had owned the same vehicle since 2014—a 2012 Ford Fusion SEL—so this was a big purchase for me. I am especially pleased with one representative by the name of Errol. When I tell you he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, I mean it. After WAY too much analysis, I decided what truck I wanted. After searching all over the southeast for what I wanted for a reasonable price, I landed at Mulllinax in Mobile. Price wise, for exactly what I wanted, they beat the other folks by nearly $10,000. Even more important to me than that is, I HATE the haggle process. I'm not good at it. I always feel like I'm getting cheated. At Mullinax, no haggle, no dealer/filing/stupid additional fees. The price is what you pay. Shannon was my salesman. He was great. I goofed up a couple of things and he fixed them easily. Then, when I didn't remember to ask for the military rebate Ford is offering until 3 days later, he fixed it for me. My brother was with me. It was such a great experience, he went over 4 days later and bought himself a new truck also. Highly recommend Mullinax and Shannon.

They didn’t have the exact 2026 Explorer I wanted on the lot, but I knew exactly what I was looking for—and what I wasn’t. We have been shopping for a Ford Mustang Mach E and found one on their website. We wanted to go over and test drive it and possibly trade in our vehicle so I reached out on Saturday morning before they opened and Blayde got back with me quickly. He checked to make sure they still had the vehicle because I told him we didn't want to drive an hour and a half to get there and not see the car. He let us know it was there and that if we gave him 30 minutes notice before we arrived he would have it ready for us to drive. Blayde was great and showed us a couple other vehicles as well but ultimately worked with us on getting a very competitive trade on our vehicle and making the buying process easy. It was worth the drive from Pensacola to get our new Mustang Mach E!

The entire staff were just awesome it was kinda funny because even as I left to bring vehicle home a light appeared on dash and I was alarmed and an unknown salesman walked out seeing I was having difficulty and he looked and saw I had a door ajar causing the light to come on we both laughed about that and everything of course was fine. Their team had already performed the maintenance and detailed my vehicle to ensure all was good and gave me a warranty in addition to the great price of the vehicle. I will be going back for ALL my vehicle needs and I highly recommend Shannon and Mullinax Ford of Mobile to all my family and friends ‼️

Living in Gulf Shores I have used the local Ford dealership in Foley for years. Even with that relationship in place, Mullinax Ford treated as a more valued customer on my 1st purchase with them.
