My last car was from them and it was the best car I've ever had. The people were fantastic in helping me to pick it out and go through the paperwork to finance it. 3 years later, I had to come back and buy another car because someone t-boned me and destroyed my favorite car. I was right in-between jobs too, so I had no income. They were still able to work with me and helped me to pick out the same car I had, newer model. Everything went smoothly and the people were still fantastic. Including the mechanics! Hopefully this car lasts me ten years or more. But whenever I need a new one, I'm coming back here.

I have bought 15 vehicles myself in the last 10 years from Mullinax. Never a bad experience. The sales department is great. Shannon Moore does an excellent job. The sales managers go above and beyond to help. Mike in the finance department actually cares enough to try and get the best rates available. Another thing I noticed is Mullinax Ford always have the same staff when I go back . They must be doing something right because they keep a happy staff.

Could not be more pleased with a new truck purchase. Having purchased many new vehicles in my life it always came with sneaky tactics at the end to work more money from me. Mullinax was not the same . The price from the beginning was the price at the end with absolutely no hidden cost or sneaky add-on fees. Derek Anlage was very integritable with information throughout the whole process. What he said in the beginning of the process never changed throughout. I purchased a truck from another Ford dealership prior to this truck and my wife and I regretted our dealings with them, not due to the truck at all but because of how management treated us. Our salesman and our empathy for how he was treated in front of us was the reason we bought the truck there or else we would never have accepted that type of treatment to us or towards their workers. We made a decision not to purchase from them again. Now, on a "happy" note, Mullinax was great from start to finish and our salesman, Ryan Miracle, even helped me set up and find out the issue with my phone to start the Ford Pass. He and Jonathan Byrd treated us with respect, made us feel they cared for us like family and listened intently to help us get the right truck that would make it our best. Jonathan Byrd's knowledge and interaction with all dealings was remarkable. We have been in the dealership numerous times and truly feel we have known them for years and feel they care about us They we're super excited about my excitement on getting this truck and we could not be more pleased. I have already sent two of my friends there and they too have ordered trucks and I feel I have a third coming next week. Mullinax does make a difference in buying a Ford.

We had a very positive experience at Mullinax Ford. What do people talk about when they leave the dealership with their new vehicle? I would not assume that it is about the way they feel about dealing with the dealership, unless it is a negative experience. However, that was certainly not the case with us. One of the first things we spoke about was how good a feeling we had dealing with salesman Lynn Wyatt, and the rest of the crew in the business and finance office. Seldom do I recommend a car dealership. But, I will be recommending Mullinax Ford and Lynn Wyatt to my friends, family or anyone else that is shopping for a new or used car or truck. It was a up and down process we found a car online that we loved and wanted to purchase call the dealership and got in touch with Derk since we lived 4 hours away from the dealership he got us approved by phone even though I had a trade that I owe more than it was worth that was the upside Now the downside the day before pick up another Salesman sold the vehicle knowing we were coming the next day 😔 so when we arrived Derek apologized for everything and was doing all he could to make it right not only did he find us another vehicle it was newer and had less miles than the one before 😃 he is a awesome guy did not stop until we were satisfied.

Derek as a salesman was awesome! I had inquired about a specific 2025 bronco sport. He kept in communication with me throughout the entirety of the day since I was coming from out of town even though it was the last day of the month and the dealership was busy busy. He made the experience easy and was overall enthusiastic showing me a bronco sport since being a bronco owner himself. Finance man Terrance also deserves a 5 star review as well. I had a recall issue with my Explorer. I called Mullinax bc they are the only dealer in the area to offer mobile service. I spoke with the service advisor, emailed photos of the VIN and odometer (required for the recall), and scheduled a mobile service appointment all in a 5-minute phone call. I received texts in the next few days all to confirm the service had been approved by Ford corporate and to confirm the appointment. The service tech called to let me know he was on the way, arrived on time, and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. My service advisor and the mobile tech were friendly, professional, and pleasant.

Recently purchased a car from mullinax ford and Nicole was A MA ZING!!!! She went out of her way to make the process as smooth as possible, from communicating with me over the phone since I am out of state to holding the car for me till I was able to drive there to see it. I walked in and was greeted instantly by her, walked to the car , did a test drive and was out the door with my new car in under 2 hours. I did have some issues afterwards with a disgusting service department at another dealership and once again, Nicole was able to help me out and even made that process better, she is extremely TOP NOTCH. I am really pleased with Mullinax Ford Mobile. I had not purchased a car in a very long time. I had owned the same vehicle since 2014—a 2012 Ford Fusion SEL—so this was a big purchase for me.
I am especially pleased with one representative by the name of Errol. When I tell you he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, I mean it. Whether it was financing, the APR, or anything else, he answered every question I asked, and I never felt overwhelmed during the purchase process.
I was able to purchase a 2026 Ford Explorer, and my overall experience with Errol was a 10 out of 10. My overall experience with Mullinax Ford Mobile was also a 10 out of 10.

After WAY too much analysis, I decided what truck I wanted. After searching all over the southeast for what I wanted for a reasonable price, I landed at Mulllinax in Mobile. Price wise, for exactly what I wanted, they beat the other folks by nearly $10,000. Even more important to me than that is, I HATE the haggle process. I'm not good at it. I always feel like I'm getting cheated. At Mullinax, no haggle, no dealer/filing/stupid additional fees. The price is what you pay.
Shannon was my salesman. He was great. I goofed up a couple of things and he fixed them easily. Then, when I didn't remember to ask for the military rebate Ford is offering until 3 days later, he fixed it for me.
My brother was with me. It was such a great experience, he went over 4 days later and bought himself a new truck also.
Highly recommend Mullinax and Shannon.

Mullinax was fantastic! We had many people recommend them to us, so that’s where we went. I worked with Salomon, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. They didn’t have the exact 2026 Explorer I wanted on the lot, but I knew exactly what I was looking for—and what I wasn’t. Salomon immediately got to work locating the perfect vehicle, and within a week I was signing the paperwork.
I live about an hour and a half away, but that never caused any issues. Salomon was incredibly responsive, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He also secured an outstanding appraisal for my trade-in—about $1,500 more than any other offer I received.

We have been shopping for a Ford Mustang Mach E and found one on their website. We wanted to go over and test drive it and possibly trade in our vehicle so I reached out on Saturday morning before they opened and Blayde got back with me quickly. He checked to make sure they still had the vehicle because I told him we didn't want to drive an hour and a half to get there and not see the car. I went in and immediately feel in love with the 2026 Ford Explorer Tremor on the showroom floor. Our salesman was Errol. I only came in to test drive the explorer ST to shut my husband up. Purchasing a vehicle at Mullinax Ford of Mobile left me feeling lucky and Blessed‼️ The salesman Shannn Moore was so helpful getting me a great vehicle for my grandson. Shannon was just super nice right from the first phone call and treated me like a friend when we met. Shannon handled all the paperwork and ensure I had copies of everything. Also the finance manager Robert Koon the State of Alabama Hall of Fame boxing Champion was very nice to meet as well and he handled the financing perfectly. The entire staff were just awesome it was kinda funny because even as I left to bring vehicle home a light appeared on dash and I was alarmed and an unknown salesman walked out seeing I was having difficulty and he looked and saw I had a door ajar causing the light to come on we both laughed about that and everything of course was fine. Their team had already performed the maintenance and detailed my vehicle to ensure all was good and gave me a warranty in addition to the great price of the vehicle. I will be going back for ALL my vehicle needs and I highly recommend Shannon and Mullinax Ford of Mobile to all my family and friends ‼️

Living in Gulf Shores I have used the local Ford dealership in Foley for years. Even with that relationship in place, Mullinax Ford treated as a more valued customer on my 1st purchase with them.
