Michael was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way from ordering our new Mavericks through helping through the manufacturing delays, to showing us all the features once they arrived. I purchased a truck from another Ford dealership prior to this truck and my wife and I regretted our dealings with them, not due to the truck at all but because of how management treated us. Our salesman and our empathy for how he was treated in front of us was the reason we bought the truck there or else we would never have accepted that type of treatment to us or towards their workers. We made a decision not to purchase from them again. Now, on a "happy" note, Mullinax was great from start to finish and our salesman, Ryan Miracle, even helped me set up and find out the issue with my phone to start the Ford Pass. He and Jonathan Byrd treated us with respect, made us feel they cared for us like family and listened intently to help us get the right truck that would make it our best. Jonathan Byrd's knowledge and interaction with all dealings was remarkable. We have been in the dealership numerous times and truly feel we have known them for years and feel they care about us They we're super excited about my excitement on getting this truck and we could not be more pleased. I have already sent two of my friends there and they too have ordered trucks and I feel I have a third coming next week. Mullinax does make a difference in buying a Ford.

We had a very positive experience at Mullinax Ford. What do people talk about when they leave the dealership with their new vehicle? I would not assume that it is about the way they feel about dealing with the dealership, unless it is a negative experience. However, that was certainly not the case with us. One of the first things we spoke about was how good a feeling we had dealing with salesman Lynn Wyatt, and the rest of the crew in the business and finance office. Seldom do I recommend a car dealership. But, I will be recommending Mullinax Ford and Lynn Wyatt to my friends, family or anyone else that is shopping for a new or used car or truck. It was a up and down process we found a car online that we loved and wanted to purchase call the dealership and got in touch with Derk since we lived 4 hours away from the dealership he got us approved by phone even though I had a trade that I owe more than it was worth that was the upside Now the downside the day before pick up another Salesman sold the vehicle knowing we were coming the next day 😔 so when we arrived Derek apologized for everything and was doing all he could to make it right not only did he find us another vehicle it was newer and had less miles than the one before 😃 he is a awesome guy did not stop until we were satisfied.

What a great place to buy a vehicle! This is the second vehicle I bought from Mullinax Ford of Mobile and I won't go anywhere else. You're treated with respect as a customer and offered a very fair price for your trade-in and a no-fee price for the vehicle you purchase. I dealt with Shannon Moore who was a terrific salesman and Terrance Long (?), the Finance Officer. Both were a pleasure and both were honest and straightforward. Buying a car can be challenging. For me, the biggest obstacle is finding a decent salesperson to work with. I have experienced quite a range of salespeople in my life. I have literally run with my friend across a parking lot away from a salesman that was so overbearing. I have also been snubbed plenty of times by dealers who refuse to even unlock a car for me because they perceive I will not buy a car from them for whatever reason. I have even been told that, “I don’t think you can afford this car, so I am not going to unlock it.” More recently, I had an experience at a local dealership that refused to tell me the price of any vehicle on their lot. Apparently, it was a “special event”, but I had never experienced a dealership not being able to tell me the price of a vehicle. Instead, they said I should have done my homework to know what to offer… This is just NOT my style. The manager followed me all the way back to my vehicle as I was leaving talking my ear off to try to get me to stay. At this point I go to a car dealership with complete dread. Sometimes, salespeople can really be a tremendous pain, and this is not what I experienced at Mullinax Ford. Never in my life have I had a better experience at a car dealership. My husband and I went to Mullinax to look around. “It’s 2021.” “Cars are limited.” “Salespeople have the advantage.” All of these were ideas floating around my head. We looked at a few Ford Broncos in the show room. I thought they were cool. The vehicles were unlocked. This was a great relief after I set off an alarm in a vehicle at another dealership. This is when we first met Chris McGraw. We talked about the Bronco. He also told us that Bronco Sports were more available at the time but that they did not have one available at the moment. One of his co-workers had a Bronco Sport and let us sit in and have a look at his. This is next level service! We were also interested in the new Mavrick truck but they were not available yet. We thanked Chris for his time and I kept in touch with him periodically by text (me texting him, and him only responding to what I asked). The more I looked at the Ford Bronco online, I became more sure that this was the car for me. My last several vehicles were all convertibles, but I wanted a vehicle that is further from of the ground. I called Chris again several months ago to ask about ordering a Bronco. Mullinax had a few that would be arriving several months later. I was given details with the price and paid a down payment that day. When the Bronco arrived this week, the dealership held to that price. They gave me a great deal of my trade in. They found me the best interest rate available and before I knew it, I was driving away in my new Ford Bronco having had the best car purchase experience of my life. I am grateful for this dealership and have already referred a friend. Thank you!

My salesman, Jerry Albritton, was great. I have a real busy schedule and also travel quite a bit. I just don’t have time to go around looking for a vehicle. I called the dealership (after calling a few others without much follow up) and randomly got Jerry. Thank goodness I did. Jerry spent a few minutes on the phone asking me some questions about the type of vehicle and features I wanted. I told him the best way to communicate with me was by text. I suspect that probably puts off a lot of sales people. Not Jerry. He kept in touch with me without over communicating as he started his search. He was also very patient. When the first vehicle he found that met my needs was beyond what I wanted to spend, he adjusted his search to find me just what I needed. I have been buying vehicles for 30 years and hands down, it was the best experience I have ever had. The no haggle approach is a stroke of genius.

After WAY too much analysis, I decided what truck I wanted. After searching all over the southeast for what I wanted for a reasonable price, I landed at Mulllinax in Mobile. Price wise, for exactly what I wanted, they beat the other folks by nearly $10,000. Even more important to me than that is, I HATE the haggle process. I'm not good at it. I always feel like I'm getting cheated. At Mullinax, no haggle, no dealer/filing/stupid additional fees. The price is what you pay.
Shannon was my salesman. He was great. I goofed up a couple of things and he fixed them easily. Then, when I didn't remember to ask for the military rebate Ford is offering until 3 days later, he fixed it for me.
My brother was with me. It was such a great experience, he went over 4 days later and bought himself a new truck also.
Highly recommend Mullinax and Shannon.

Mullinax was fantastic! We had many people recommend them to us, so that’s where we went. I worked with Salomon, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. They didn’t have the exact 2026 Explorer I wanted on the lot, but I knew exactly what I was looking for—and what I wasn’t. Salomon immediately got to work locating the perfect vehicle, and within a week I was signing the paperwork.
I live about an hour and a half away, but that never caused any issues. Salomon was incredibly responsive, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He also secured an outstanding appraisal for my trade-in—about $1,500 more than any other offer I received.

We have been shopping for a Ford Mustang Mach E and found one on their website. We wanted to go over and test drive it and possibly trade in our vehicle so I reached out on Saturday morning before they opened and Blayde got back with me quickly. He checked to make sure they still had the vehicle because I told him we didn't want to drive an hour and a half to get there and not see the car. I went in and immediately feel in love with the 2026 Ford Explorer Tremor on the showroom floor. Our salesman was Errol. I only came in to test drive the explorer ST to shut my husband up. Chris worked very hard to get us the truck we wanted. Unfortunately, on our end, there was a delay in our down payment hitting our bank account, so he got approval for us to put down a minimal amount to hold the truck until the money hit our account a few days later. Purchasing a vehicle at Mullinax Ford of Mobile left me feeling lucky and Blessed‼️ The salesman Shannn Moore was so helpful getting me a great vehicle for my grandson. Shannon was just super nice right from the first phone call and treated me like a friend when we met. Shannon handled all the paperwork and ensure I had copies of everything. Also the finance manager Robert Koon the State of Alabama Hall of Fame boxing Champion was very nice to meet as well and he handled the financing perfectly. The entire staff were just awesome it was kinda funny because even as I left to bring vehicle home a light appeared on dash and I was alarmed and an unknown salesman walked out seeing I was having difficulty and he looked and saw I had a door ajar causing the light to come on we both laughed about that and everything of course was fine. Their team had already performed the maintenance and detailed my vehicle to ensure all was good and gave me a warranty in addition to the great price of the vehicle. I will be going back for ALL my vehicle needs and I highly recommend Shannon and Mullinax Ford of Mobile to all my family and friends ‼️

Living in Gulf Shores I have used the local Ford dealership in Foley for years. Even with that relationship in place, Mullinax Ford treated as a more valued customer on my 1st purchase with them.
