Blayde is such a great salesman. We were so very impressed with him when we bought our first car through Mullinex, we went back to him for our next one and now a truck. Great experience. Sales lady very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Didn’t push or rush me into decision. The manager did a great job with my purchase. The manager honored the X-plan pricing for me when several other dealerships in this area told me NO they wouldn’t honor that plan at this time. I wound up here after a not so nice experience at a more local Ford Dealer. I asked Margaret to look for a truck for me. She contacted me the next day with an option that was slightly more than I wanted. SO glad she did. It was actually EXACTLY what I wanted. Even though I drove 2.5 hours to get to this dealership, the service was WELL worth it. Nice facility, nice people. Margaret took most of my information over the phone so that we could get in and out. Doc did a great job of getting us through the paperwork on our trade in and explaining the extras which we did purchase although we don't normally. Thank you for a stress free buying experience. I would make the trip again!

Purchased this car for my Granddaughter. This is the 2nd car we have purchased for her. Wanted a particular vehicle sold at one of the Mullinax dealers. Our nearest was in Mobile, AL. Monty worked with us and got our trade evaluated for a great price, arranged to have the vehicle brought to Mobile, AL. Then when the timing didn't work out for me to go down to Mobile, AL. Monty and Mullinax Ford arranged for the vehicle to be delivered all the way to our driveway 2 hours away. Very much appreciated. Will definitely be looking at Mullinax Ford for any future vehicles.

Best buying experience ever. Best price in the southeast too. Our salesman (Jimmy Sunderland) was top shelf and deserves 5 stars for his effort. Given the pandemic all negotiations were online or over the phone. Everything was thoroughly explained. We ordered a new vehicle and had to wait a little longer, but Jimmy kept us informed. Prior to delivery the finance officer (Doc) secured financing at a great rate and he and Jimmy even found an additional rebate to apply to the final purchase price. To top it all off, once the vehicle arrived from the factory it was prepped and delivered right to our door within 2 days. Without a doubt our best buying experience ever. Madeline was awesome. Easy and low pressure. The individual who did the paperwork not so much. Not even a greeting. My wife and I sat down in his cubicle and he started shoving paperwork across to sign. When that was done he stood up and walked out without even an acknowledgement. Derek as a salesman was awesome! I had inquired about a specific 2025 bronco sport. He kept in communication with me throughout the entirety of the day since I was coming from out of town even though it was the last day of the month and the dealership was busy busy. He made the experience easy and was overall enthusiastic showing me a bronco sport since being a bronco owner himself. Finance man Terrance also deserves a 5 star review as well. Being closing time on an already busy day, he made sure to answer all questions I had about financing and had the patience to sit through all nitty gritty inquiries I had.

I had a recall issue with my Explorer. I called Mullinax bc they are the only dealer in the area to offer mobile service. I spoke with the service advisor, emailed photos of the VIN and odometer (required for the recall), and scheduled a mobile service appointment all in a 5-minute phone call. I received texts in the next few days all to confirm the service had been approved by Ford corporate and to confirm the appointment. The service tech called to let me know he was on the way, arrived on time, and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. My service advisor and the mobile tech were friendly, professional, and pleasant.

I had just moved into town and needed some routine maintenance service and a recall check. Mullinax Ford set me up with an appointment for the next day. I was greeted by the friendliest service people I have ever met in the automotive industry, told exactly what would be done and how long it would take. They called for pick up before the time stated. When I picked up there were no delays and I even received a follow up call and that has NEVER happened anywhere else. Loved the experience. She went out of her way to make the process as smooth as possible, from communicating with me over the phone since I am out of state to holding the car for me till I was able to drive there to see it. I walked in and was greeted instantly by her, walked to the car , did a test drive and was out the door with my new car in under 2 hours. I did have some issues afterwards with a disgusting service department at another dealership and once again, Nicole was able to help me out and even made that process better, she is extremely TOP NOTCH. Just used the Mullinax home service because my battery died in the driveway. The scheduler got me connect to a service technician and he squeezed me in within about two hours. After WAY too much analysis, I decided what truck I wanted. After searching all over the southeast for what I wanted for a reasonable price, I landed at Mulllinax in Mobile. Price wise, for exactly what I wanted, they beat the other folks by nearly $10,000. Even more important to me than that is, I HATE the haggle process. I'm not good at it. I always feel like I'm getting cheated. At Mullinax, no haggle, no dealer/filing/stupid additional fees. The price is what you pay. Shannon was my salesman. He was great. I goofed up a couple of things and he fixed them easily. Then, when I didn't remember to ask for the military rebate Ford is offering until 3 days later, he fixed it for me. My brother was with me. It was such a great experience, he went over 4 days later and bought himself a new truck also. Highly recommend Mullinax and Shannon.

They didn’t have the exact 2026 Explorer I wanted on the lot, but I knew exactly what I was looking for—and what I wasn’t. Salomon immediately got to work locating the perfect vehicle, and within a week I was signing the paperwork. I live about an hour and a half away, but that never caused any issues. We have been shopping for a Ford Mustang Mach E and found one on their website. We wanted to go over and test drive it and possibly trade in our vehicle so I reached out on Saturday morning before they opened and Blayde got back with me quickly. He checked to make sure they still had the vehicle because I told him we didn't want to drive an hour and a half to get there and not see the car. He let us know it was there and that if we gave him 30 minutes notice before we arrived he would have it ready for us to drive. Blayde was great and showed us a couple other vehicles as well but ultimately worked with us on getting a very competitive trade on our vehicle and making the buying process easy. It was worth the drive from Pensacola to get our new Mustang Mach E!

I went in and immediately feel in love with the 2026 Ford Explorer Tremor on the showroom floor. Our salesman was Errol. I only came in to test drive the explorer ST to shut my husband up. It's easy to look good when everything goes well, but Nicole and the Mullinax management really shined through when a possibly-serious, completely unknown issue arose after we left with our newly-purchased car. Living in Gulf Shores I have used the local Ford dealership in Foley for years. Even with that relationship in place, Mullinax Ford treated as a more valued customer on my 1st purchase with them. I received a better offer for my trade, better inventory, and a knowledgeable sales person all added to that. Continues to work after the sale to make a few minor issues with the truck right.
