Nicole was our sales specialist and was very easy to work with. No pressure sales. The vehicle we were interested in still had to go to service since they had just got it in, and she kept us informed of the process so there were no surprises. We are very pleased with our vehicle, and the dealership.

After WAY too much analysis, I decided what truck I wanted. After searching all over the southeast for what I wanted for a reasonable price, I landed at Mulllinax in Mobile. Price wise, for exactly what I wanted, they beat the other folks by nearly $10,000. Even more important to me than that is, I HATE the haggle process. I'm not good at it. I always feel like I'm getting cheated. At Mullinax, no haggle, no dealer/filing/stupid additional fees. The price is what you pay. Shannon was my salesman. He was great. I goofed up a couple of things and he fixed them easily. Then, when I didn't remember to ask for the military rebate Ford is offering until 3 days later, he fixed it for me. My brother was with me. It was such a great experience, he went over 4 days later and bought himself a new truck also. Highly recommend Mullinax and Shannon.

Very efficient sales process and good communication through the whole process. You need to do your own due dilligence in financing but they were easy to work with on that also. I didn’t have to do much follow up at all. Just sign and drive.

Mullinax was fantastic! We had many people recommend them to us, so that’s where we went. I worked with Salomon, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. They didn’t have the exact 2026 Explorer I wanted on the lot, but I knew exactly what I was looking for—and what I wasn’t. Salomon immediately got to work locating the perfect vehicle, and within a week I was signing the paperwork. I live about an hour and a half away, but that never caused any issues. Salomon was incredibly responsive, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He also secured an outstanding appraisal for my trade-in—about $1,500 more than any other offer I received. When it came time to sign the paperwork, we worked with Terrance. He was knowledgeable, personable, and made the paperwork process straightforward and enjoyable. On top of the excellent service, we saved over $5,000 by purchasing through Mullinax. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would highly recommend Salomon, Terrance, and the entire Mullinax team!

We have been shopping for a Ford Mustang Mach E and found one on their website. We wanted to go over and test drive it and possibly trade in our vehicle so I reached out on Saturday morning before they opened and Blayde got back with me quickly. He checked to make sure they still had the vehicle because I told him we didn't want to drive an hour and a half to get there and not see the car. He let us know it was there and that if we gave him 30 minutes notice before we arrived he would have it ready for us to drive. Blayde was great and showed us a couple other vehicles as well but ultimately worked with us on getting a very competitive trade on our vehicle and making the buying process easy. It was worth the drive from Pensacola to get our new Mustang Mach E!

My brother recently purchased a Ford F-150 from Mobile and worked with Shannon Moore. He had such a great experience that I decided to purchase a Ford F-250 from Shannon as well. The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. After conducting extensive research and comparing prices at multiple dealerships, I found that Mobile offered my truck for thousands less than comparable vehicles elsewhere. Shannon Moore was excellent to work with—knowledgeable, professional, and completely pressure-free throughout the process. I went in and immediately feel in love with the 2026 Ford Explorer Tremor on the showroom floor. Our salesman was Errol. I only came in to test drive the explorer ST to shut my husband up. Errol was awesome. He was not pushy, he simply followed my lead and my interests in the vehicle. Once he got to the massage seats, it was over. I said SOLD. He stepped back and let my husband and I talk. Never once approached us to interrupt. Errol and the finance dude, Terrance made this process so easy, quick and comfortable. Chris worked very hard to get us the truck we wanted. Unfortunately, on our end, there was a delay in our down payment hitting our bank account, so he got approval for us to put down a minimal amount to hold the truck until the money hit our account a few days later. Terence closed the deal for us once the money was there as Chris was off that day. Both were very helpful and we appreciate the extra effort they both put in for us. Great team and we will definitely be back when in need of another vehicle.

Mulinax Ford of Mobile is top notch! I have worked with Salomon with all 3 vehicles I've purchased there. He treated my wife and I like family as soon as we walked through the doors. I've never felt pressured to buy a certain vehicle either. The whole process has been smooth and their upfront pricing is great. Up front pricing on the website (no clue how dealerships who don’t do this stay in business), received out the door price via text. Drove down and they had the vehicle ready. Cameron (our salesman) was great, easy process although we sat for about an hour waiting for the finance guy to get to us. Other than that no issues and would recommend.

Very respectful and polite and knowledgeable. I was ready to buy the truck yet he still walked me through and showed me more things about the truck. And I’m glad he did. I have now purchased two vehicles from Mullinax Ford over the last few years and have been pleased each time. They do not hound or hassle and are very reasonable to work with. They had the lowest price in the area for my most recent purchase and worked with me on finding additional discounts and different financing for lower interest rates. I was super impressed with their finance guy when he offered a different company to finance with when Ford didnt have the lowest interest rates. I have been able to easily schedule service for my vehicle. I like that they communicate very well. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Ford. I've been very happy with my purchase and the service I've recieved on my vehicle.

Was a very simple process to buy a new vehicle. After getting the run around from many other dealerships both in and out of state, they made me feel comfortable and appreciated. One key thing that stood out was when we looked at the truck on the lot, the salesman handed us the keys and walked away. This gave us time to look it over and play around without feeling pressured or constantly getting asked questions.

I am from mid Florida area and was in the market for a new Ford Maverick. I found the I liked at Mullinax Ford of Alabama I called to see what deal I could make. Salmon Ramos sales person answered the phone. I explained to him that I worked in a dealership and new all their tricks and games. I was told by Salmon the played no games best price is advertised and they would only add taxes and tag. Being in the business I was highly suspicious. To my surprise there were no games or gimmicks. I could not believe I had stumbled into a dealership that was honest and upfront. Highly recommend both the dealership and Salmon. We had a great experience at Mullinax. This is the second car I've bought from them. Sam was a knowledgeable salesperson, very helpful but no sales pressure. He accommodated all my requests throughout the sales experience and the turnaround time when I went to pick up the vehicle was very reasonable compared to other dealerships, about 90 minutes out the door. They didn’t have the exact 2026 Explorer I wanted on the lot, but I knew exactly what I was looking for—and what I wasn’t. Salomon immediately got to work locating the perfect vehicle, and within a week I was signing the paperwork. I live about an hour and a half away, but that never caused any issues. We have been shopping for a Ford Mustang Mach E and found one on their website. We wanted to go over and test drive it and possibly trade in our vehicle so I reached out on Saturday morning before they opened and Blayde got back with me quickly. He checked to make sure they still had the vehicle because I told him we didn't want to drive an hour and a half to get there and not see the car. He let us know it was there and that if we gave him 30 minutes notice before we arrived he would have it ready for us to drive. Blayde was great and showed us a couple other vehicles as well but ultimately worked with us on getting a very competitive trade on our vehicle and making the buying process easy. It was worth the drive from Pensacola to get our new Mustang Mach E!

I went in and immediately feel in love with the 2026 Ford Explorer Tremor on the showroom floor. Our salesman was Errol. I only came in to test drive the explorer ST to shut my husband up. Errol was awesome. He was not pushy, he simply followed my lead and my interests in the vehicle. Once he got to the massage seats, it was over. I said SOLD. Chris worked very hard to get us the truck we wanted. Unfortunately, on our end, there was a delay in our down payment hitting our bank account, so he got approval for us to put down a minimal amount to hold the truck until the money hit our account a few days later. Terence closed the deal for us once the money was there as Chris was off that day. Both were very helpful and we appreciate the extra effort they both put in for us. Nicole was awesome from the very start. I cold called the dealership inquiring about a truck I saw online, asking for the sales department. Nicole took my call and answered some very specific questions which included physically walking out to the truck and sending pics. The truck checked out and we started the buying process over the phone. She sent a link for the credit app and a deposit and then we made an appointment for me to drive up from Florida the next day. She created me warmly when I arrived at the dealership and walked me through the whole buying process. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour and 45 minutes and on my way back to Florida in my new truck. She’s the best!!

Very unhappy with salesman’s lack diligence. We were told it would be $3000 down and $313 per month. When we entered finance office, it had been change and we were required to put $3300 down and $418 per month. This info was relayed to the salesman but he never told us.

Purchased a 2024 F150 Lighting. Ask for Jacob when visting the Mobile location. After shopping online for a month, Mullinax had the best price. I should have bought the Avalanche color last month, but happy with the silver F150 we purchased. Jacob, Johnathan and Terrance made the process painless. Other dealers will add fees (window tint, paint protection, doc fees, etc) to the low cost making it much higher than Mullinax. Will be back when we are ready for our next Ford.

We saw the vehicle on the internet and sent a msg to the dealership. Michael contacted us and obtained a fair no haggle price and trade in offer. The next business day we had an appointment went to the dealership at opening. Michael had the car cleaned, gassed up and ready to go. We finalized the details and met with the finance individual. He was personable and very knowledgeable as well. We completed the deal in about 2 hours. I like the non haggle price concept. Hadn’t used this before. Simplified everything. From the salesman to the finance mgr everything was top notch. Kudos for the finance man, he tried closing me four times on an extended warranty. With each solid “not interested” he offered another option. Even down to the most basic. As a former VP of Sales, for a major corporation ( ThomsonReuters) I appreciated his selling skills to find some kind of an option.
