Nicole was our sales specialist and was very easy to work with. No pressure sales. The vehicle we were interested in still had to go to service since they had just got it in, and she kept us informed of the process so there were no surprises. We are very pleased with our vehicle, and the dealership.

After WAY too much analysis, I decided what truck I wanted. After searching all over the southeast for what I wanted for a reasonable price, I landed at Mulllinax in Mobile. Price wise, for exactly what I wanted, they beat the other folks by nearly $10,000. Even more important to me than that is, I HATE the haggle process. I'm not good at it. I always feel like I'm getting cheated. At Mullinax, no haggle, no dealer/filing/stupid additional fees. The price is what you pay. Shannon was my salesman. He was great. I goofed up a couple of things and he fixed them easily. Then, when I didn't remember to ask for the military rebate Ford is offering until 3 days later, he fixed it for me. My brother was with me. It was such a great experience, he went over 4 days later and bought himself a new truck also. Highly recommend Mullinax and Shannon.

Very efficient sales process and good communication through the whole process. You need to do your own due dilligence in financing but they were easy to work with on that also. I didn’t have to do much follow up at all. Just sign and drive.

Mullinax was fantastic! We had many people recommend them to us, so that’s where we went. I worked with Salomon, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. They didn’t have the exact 2026 Explorer I wanted on the lot, but I knew exactly what I was looking for—and what I wasn’t. Salomon immediately got to work locating the perfect vehicle, and within a week I was signing the paperwork. I live about an hour and a half away, but that never caused any issues. Salomon was incredibly responsive, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He also secured an outstanding appraisal for my trade-in—about $1,500 more than any other offer I received. When it came time to sign the paperwork, we worked with Terrance. He was knowledgeable, personable, and made the paperwork process straightforward and enjoyable. On top of the excellent service, we saved over $5,000 by purchasing through Mullinax. We have been shopping for a Ford Mustang Mach E and found one on their website. We wanted to go over and test drive it and possibly trade in our vehicle so I reached out on Saturday morning before they opened and Blayde got back with me quickly. He checked to make sure they still had the vehicle because I told him we didn't want to drive an hour and a half to get there and not see the car. He let us know it was there and that if we gave him 30 minutes notice before we arrived he would have it ready for us to drive. Blayde was great and showed us a couple other vehicles as well but ultimately worked with us on getting a very competitive trade on our vehicle and making the buying process easy. It was worth the drive from Pensacola to get our new Mustang Mach E!

I went in and immediately feel in love with the 2026 Ford Explorer Tremor on the showroom floor. Our salesman was Errol. I only came in to test drive the explorer ST to shut my husband up. Errol was awesome. He was not pushy, he simply followed my lead and my interests in the vehicle. Once he got to the massage seats, it was over. I said SOLD. He stepped back and let my husband and I talk. Never once approached us to interrupt. Errol and the finance dude, Terrance made this process so easy, quick and comfortable. Chris worked very hard to get us the truck we wanted. Unfortunately, on our end, there was a delay in our down payment hitting our bank account, so he got approval for us to put down a minimal amount to hold the truck until the money hit our account a few days later. Terence closed the deal for us once the money was there as Chris was off that day. Both were very helpful and we appreciate the extra effort they both put in for us. Great team and we will definitely be back when in need of another vehicle.

Up front pricing on the website (no clue how dealerships who don’t do this stay in business), received out the door price via text. Drove down and they had the vehicle ready. Cameron (our salesman) was great, easy process although we sat for about an hour waiting for the finance guy to get to us. Other than that no issues and would recommend.

I have now purchased two vehicles from Mullinax Ford over the last few years and have been pleased each time. They do not hound or hassle and are very reasonable to work with. They had the lowest price in the area for my most recent purchase and worked with me on finding additional discounts and different financing for lower interest rates. I was super impressed with their finance guy when he offered a different company to finance with when Ford didnt have the lowest interest rates. Was a very simple process to buy a new vehicle. After getting the run around from many other dealerships both in and out of state, they made me feel comfortable and appreciated. One key thing that stood out was when we looked at the truck on the lot, the salesman handed us the keys and walked away. This gave us time to look it over and play around without feeling pressured or constantly getting asked questions.

I am from mid Florida area and was in the market for a new Ford Maverick. I found the I liked at Mullinax Ford of Alabama I called to see what deal I could make. Salmon Ramos sales person answered the phone. I explained to him that I worked in a dealership and new all their tricks and games. I was told by Salmon the played no games best price is advertised and they would only add taxes and tag. Being in the business I was highly suspicious. To my surprise there were no games or gimmicks. Stopped in to look for a new F450. They didn't have any on the lot but we spent some time looking at other inventory. We were approached as we got out of the car but no pressure. He introduced himself and pointed out to where a few vehicles would be then gave us his card and and said to send him a text if we find anything we wanted to see inside. We found several we were definitely interested in some in our price range and a few weren't. Then we found our holy grail. A C7 Z06 white with red interior, bonus black convertible top. I sent a text and he came out with the keys. I was in love but I knew better than to buy something that big without talking to the wife first. We looked at a couple Bronco Raptors also. As we left, my daughter said to me, she was glad, he didn't ask us to drive it because we would have been stuck there for hours trying to get financing and she was hungry amd ready to go eat. I would say she knows me too well but she has seen it happen too many times. I don't usually test drive until I am ready to go to the table to buy but the times I have, I purchased on the spot. Unfortunately, the car was sold before we could get back to get it. BTW the wife said no. But I was going to veto her no.

Our Salesman Errol Brouillette, was extremely knowledgeable of the Ford product. That made the buying experience fairly easy. He listened to what we were looking for and found the right unit and helped us through the purchasing process. Ask for him if you ever go in the mobile location The trade-in process was cumbersome, but we finally got close to what our car was worth so we made the purchase. The finance guy, Robert, though he talked way too fast, :), Made that process easy as well. The only disappointment was Ford now only gives 31,000 loyalty points when you pay $70,000 for a truck and $5000 worth of extended warranties, etc. 31,000 points will barely get you a ball cap In the Ford store. It used to be you could get floor mats and all sorts of stuff with your truck purchase loyalty points. We would recommend Mulnax Ford to anyone.

Top notch dealership. I contacted Blayde about a truck at their dealership. After a couple of days planning I flew in from Charlotte NC to purchase my new truck. Arrived at the dealership at 3pm and was driving my truck home by 5:15pm. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I had been looking online for a Silverado for about two weeks…going through the adverts, pictures, prices (shown) and inquiring about each vehicle. The results were the same, these dealers were not willing to budge on price and when I did ask for an OTD (Out the door) price, I always got hit with hidden fees of outrageous natures. So, when I asked about the OTD on this vehicle from Mullinex, advert mentioned “No Dealer Fees”, I was skeptical to say the least. However, it was as advertised, nothing hidden…no unexpected fees of any kind! It was easy to make this purchase and feel good about it! So I and moving to Colorado and needed a vehicle to tow my fifth wheel with. I've been to several other dealerships All of them claiming that they were the best and yada yada yada come to us because we'll treat you the best whatever. I've been to some really crappy dealerships that didn't give one single care about anybody they were dealing with. I mean really, I went to another Ford dealership in Mobile and they acted like they couldn't wait for me to leave because we couldn't make a deal and I didn't even try to bring them down on a price. Anyway, I went to mullinax on a whim the other day after looking online and I go talk to Shannon Moore like I always do when I go there. He is the person I've been going to since I started going on this journey of finding another truck. I go in and we look on the computer after catching up a little bit and We found a white Dodge ram that we thought would work. After my finance company told me how much I could spend, I had to pivot and instead of making a big deal about it, not wanting to pull up more vehicles or whatever, Shannon was like okay cool let's pivot. So we looked at the black RAM, figured out how much it was going to cost and they showed me everything for the out the door price, there were actually no hidden fees or anything, and it was exactly like they advertised it should be. If I was sticking around this area (living in Gulfport right now) And I was going to buy any more vehicles I would absolutely make the trip out to mullinax because those people tell the truth, they give you the Carfax, they don't try to sugarcoat, And they are just very genuinely nice people. Go see Shannon Moore if you're looking for some kind of new ride today.

Jeremy and his team were Awesome! I live 3 hours away and had to do 90% of the deal over the phone. The trade in team was Awesome as well! They gave me over KBB trade in value for my truck the first time. Jeremy took more pictures of the truck that were better than one the website and told me everything about the truck and even what the dealership did to it during their inspection of it. Mullinax Ford, Mobile goes above and beyond what other dealerships do and they do not charge that approximately $899 fee that other dealerships charge. This team is Awsome!!

I recently purchased a used 2024 F250 from Mullinax Ford. I have to say I was really impressed with the service and how smooth the process went. My sales lady Holy Parnell was awesome! The truck I bought was used so I expected to see evidence of that when I arrived. The truck looked brand new and was in great shape, better than advertised I thought. Another plus is the help I received after the sale. Being out of state I had to wait for the paperwork of the sale to reach my county clerk. Two days before having to leave on a trip the paperwork had not yet arrived and the temporary tag was due to expire before I would return. I contacted Holly at the dealership and she helped get a new temporary tag overnighted to my home. So I would highly recommend this dealership!

Purchasing a vehicle at Mullinax Ford of Mobile left me feeling lucky and Blessed‼️ The salesman Shannn Moore was so helpful getting me a great vehicle for my grandson. Shannon was just super nice right from the first phone call and treated me like a friend when we met. Shannon handled all the paperwork and ensure I had copies of everything. Also the finance manager Robert Koon the State of Alabama Hall of Fame boxing Champion was very nice to meet as well and he handled the financing perfectly. The entire staff were just awesome it was kinda funny because even as I left to bring vehicle home a light appeared on dash and I was alarmed and an unknown salesman walked out seeing I was having difficulty and he looked and saw I had a door ajar causing the light to come on we both laughed about that and everything of course was fine. Their team had already performed the maintenance and detailed my vehicle to ensure all was good and gave me a warranty in addition to the great price of the vehicle. I will be going back for ALL my vehicle needs and I highly recommend Shannon and Mullinax Ford of Mobile to all my family and friends ‼️

Living in Gulf Shores I have used the local Ford dealership in Foley for years. Even with that relationship in place, Mullinax Ford treated as a more valued customer on my 1st purchase with them.
