Purchased this car for my Granddaughter. This is the 2nd car we have purchased for her. Because of the excellent care we had from Margaret at Mullinax, the first time, we knew she would take care of us and we would have a stress-free transaction. Margaret listens to our needs and strives to meets OUR desires. I like that she is a soft sell salesperson (not pushy). Will use her again when I’m ready to trade my Lincoln. Also they are very accommodating with making our financing easy and where we need to be on our payments

Wanted a particular vehicle sold at one of the Mullinax dealers. Our nearest was in Mobile, AL. Monty worked with us and got our trade evaluated for a great price, arranged to have the vehicle brought to Mobile, AL. Then when the timing didn't work out for me to go down to Mobile, AL. Monty and Mullinax Ford arranged for the vehicle to be delivered all the way to our driveway 2 hours away. Very much appreciated. Will definitely be looking at Mullinax Ford for any future vehicles.

Mr Anderson was awesome. He yest drive car before I arrived and after I purchase car he even drove it 2 hours for delivery. Has some min I r issues to take care of but Mr Anderson has already set up an appointment for me. Overall this company is straight and I will do future business as well as refer Mr Anderson.

Best buying experience ever. Best price in the southeast too. Our salesman (Jimmy Sunderland) was top shelf and deserves 5 stars for his effort. Given the pandemic all negotiations were online or over the phone. Everything was thoroughly explained. We ordered a new vehicle and had to wait a little longer, but Jimmy kept us informed. Prior to delivery the finance officer (Doc) secured financing at a great rate and he and Jimmy even found an additional rebate to apply to the final purchase price. To top it all off, once the vehicle arrived from the factory it was prepped and delivered right to our door within 2 days. Without a doubt our best buying experience ever. Thanks again…

Madeline was awesome. Easy and low pressure. The individual who did the paperwork not so much. Not even a greeting. My wife and I sat down in his cubicle and he started shoving paperwork across to sign. When that was done he stood up and walked out without even an acknowledgement. I realize times are hard in the auto industry, but is this what you want the face of Mullinax to be?

Salesman Vonte Law was fantastic! 10 out of 10. Genuine, sincere, friendly & very helpful in helping find the right vehicle for me. Only downside is that I was told the car would be detailed prior to me picking it up. Windows were smudged, baseboards were not cleaned, this was definitely not what I was expecting . Whatever amount of money being paid to the detailing company is money down the toilet! When spending the amount of money that I spent for my 2025 Expedition, it should have been spotless!

Let me start this by saying I have bought a lot of vehicles from dealers and personal sellers. But I have never been treated with so much respect and kindness as I have been from Mullinax. More importantly from HOLLY from the moment I called her over this truck. She hit the ground running. She stayed over 3 hours late just for us to come see it and test drive it. She answered every question she could and if she couldn’t answer it. She found the answer. The dealership was great too. Got my financing the way I wanted. And went thru the truck with a fine tooth calm. When they advertise no fees. They are not lying. All we paid was the total of the truck and the taxes not a dollar more. They weren’t pushy. And they made sure it was tip top before we could pick it up. I can not stress how wonderful holly was. If you are in the market for a vehicle go see my girl!!!

Mullinax had an excellent variety of the trucks we were interested in. We were able to drive one packaged like we were interested in. They did not have a color I wanted but were able to locate one from one of their other dealers. It came in quickly. Bob Lecroy was a nice, personable, helpful, and knowledgeable representative on their products. We appreciated his efficiency in keeping us updated on the status of the transaction. The only critical remark is that the new truck did not seem as spotless as I have bought before. I recleaned the windows after we got home. They had sprayed a bed liner in it and it looked perfect!

Amazing experience. My wife and I had an outstanding time at Mullinax Ford of Mobile. Salomon, the sales associate who helped us went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. We live five hours away. I called Solomon prior to the visit about a Ford super duty truck that was on the website. He explained everything clearly about the truck, and discussed some of the rebates they had to save money on the purchase. I told Solomon that I was interested in purchasing truck, and what I was able to apply for the down payment. He understood that we were five hours away so his goal was to have everything right with the final price before we left the house. We only use mulinax ford to purchase vehicles. We live near Orlando. With our last vehicle purchase we found a vehicle at the sister dealer in mobile Alabama. Only 8 hr away. I told the sales man Chris that I would extend our trust of mulinax to Alabama if he gave me his word when we got there that the truck was everything it said it was and more. Chris went WAY out of his way and went above and beyond to ensure this was as such. He had the truck fully inspected where they found it needed a transmission. Instead of just sending us on our way he ensured it was fixed properly. The truck was detailed and serviced and ready to go on our agreed date and time. No issues whatsoever on the 8hr drive home or since.
If a dealer can not do a few simple thing you need to look elsewhere ie mulinax
1. If they can not tell you an OUT THE DOOR price before you even walk in.
2. If they can not give you distance to talk it over with a spouse or partner for a little bit.
3. If they have to use high pressure sales to land the deal. All the above run away don’t walk.

Purchasing a vehicle at Mullinax Ford of Mobile left me feeling lucky and Blessed‼️ The salesman Shannn Moore was so helpful getting me a great vehicle for my grandson. Shannon was just super nice right from the first phone call and treated me like a friend when we met. Shannon handled all the paperwork and ensure I had copies of everything. Also the finance manager Robert Koon the State of Alabama Hall of Fame boxing Champion was very nice to meet as well and he handled the financing perfectly. The entire staff were just awesome it was kinda funny because even as I left to bring vehicle home a light appeared on dash and I was alarmed and an unknown salesman walked out seeing I was having difficulty and he looked and saw I had a door ajar causing the light to come on we both laughed about that and everything of course was fine. Their team had already performed the maintenance and detailed my vehicle to ensure all was good and gave me a warranty in addition to the great price of the vehicle. Living in Gulf Shores I have used the local Ford dealership in Foley for years. Even with that relationship in place, Mullinax Ford treated as a more valued customer on my 1st purchase with them.
