I used to buy all my vehicles at a different Ford dealership and decided to try Mulinax on a whim. It's been a positive change, I have been able to easily schedule service for my vehicle. Excellent experience across the board. Vehicle caught my eye browsing online. Reached out to Nicole who handled my entire deal over the phone and by text due to my work schedule. Made the trip the next morning and every staff member I met was incredibly friendly. Nicole did an amazing job answering my questions and letting me know what was needed. It was a long drive for me, so she made sure I knew exactly what to bring to be able to leave with the car. When I need my next vehicle I will definitely be reaching out. Price on the vehicle was amazing, and they were very fair on my trade. The dealership itself is very clean and has a huge selection of both new and used vehicles. Cannot recommend them enough.

Cameron and Terrance helped my husband and I through the process of purchasing our car recently, and they were both wonderful! Cameron worked with us as far as test driving and answering any questions we had. He wasn’t pushy or rude and when I told him there were other cars we were going to look at that day, he offered to see if they had the same models on the lot so we didn’t have to drive all over town with our 2 month old to test drive cars. When we sat down with Terrance to do paperwork, he was very thorough and helpful in explaining what we were signing. 10/10 highly recommend Mullinax Ford. We are very happy with our purchase and the help we received!

Mullinax Ford is AWESOME. Talk about customer service… They could teach all other dealerships a thing or two. Salesperson of the year goes to Jeremy Muniz… The level of service he provides is off the charts. I have purchased 2 vehicles from these folks and will only use them for now on. Finally, the pricing.. I can’t recommend Mullinax Ford Mobile enough! I just picked up my new F-150 this past Saturday, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. We bought a Maverick Pickup, wanted a particular color, not white. Found one in Orlando, Fl. Charged us $500.00 transportation, which was fair. Not $5000. Like another dealer wanted. Salomon was great very helpful. The hold staff was very nice and helpful.

I had a recall issue with my Explorer. I called Mullinax bc they are the only dealer in the area to offer mobile service. I spoke with the service advisor, emailed photos of the VIN and odometer (required for the recall), and scheduled a mobile service appointment all in a 5-minute phone call. I received texts in the next few days all to confirm the service had been approved by Ford corporate and to confirm the appointment. The service tech called to let me know he was on the way, arrived on time, and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. My service advisor and the mobile tech were friendly, professional, and pleasant.

The entire process of buying a truck from Mullinax was great. My salesman Blayde was awesome, he was very helpful in making this buying experience easy. I drove in from 2 states away to buy a truck and would recommend anyone else do the same and I would recommend you ask for Blayde as your salesman. Mullinax Ford Mobile is my favorite dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle, and I don’t think I can go anywhere else now! I feel like they are family, whether I am shopping for a new truck or in for service, or just happened to be driving by and stopping in to say hey. I know when I purchase my trucks from Mullinax the transaction doesn’t stop there, sales follows up with me and the service department takes over with any maintenance I need and they provide the same level of customer service. This was my first purchase through Jeremy Muniz and I can’t say enough about him. We had been talking for a couple months about me needing to go ahead and buy another truck, but I procrastinate. I finally called Jeremy and told him the “needle in a haystack” I wanted, he found it and it was delivered to Mullinax the next day. Entire transaction was smooth and painless - thanks Jeremy! Best trading/ buying experience. After attempting multiple other dealerships, we found Nicole at mullenix who did nothing short of miracles. We live 6 hours away in another state, but she made the process so incredibly easy and stress free. She took care of everything from searching all of the inventory she had access to, getting our vehicle delivered, making sure it was immaculate and in pristine condition, and having the process basically completed upon our arrival to ensure a quick and easy process for a smooth departure. We have such good experiences EVERY TIME with Mullinax of Mobile. From sales to service, we are very pleased. Our sales guy Patrick is helpful but never pushy! But the sale doesn’t end after the purchase. Tracy, in service, is always there for us when we have a need as well. We have been purchasing from Mullinax since 2010 and haven’t looked back. Sales ( Scott Johnson)and finance (Doc Ornelas) was great. The detail dept. sucks as my new truck was cleaner before it went to detail not to mention they soaked the inside of my brand new truck backseats and all. My salesman Scott Johnson did try to make it right by grabbing towels to try and dry/wipe everything down, understanding I was pretty pissed off. But overall besides detail I had a great experience.

I would give them a 10+++ if I could. Colby was our salesman and he went above and beyond to get us what we wanted, even though we changed to a different truck when we got there. Terrance did the financial part and he was great. When I had a concern about my title work (which was me not the dealership) the general manager responded within 30 minutes to help me. I absolutely love that the price on the web is the price you pay. It cuts down on purchase time and the “let me check with my manager dance.” Can’t say enough about how great they were. I’d but from them again.

After WAY too much analysis, I decided what truck I wanted. After searching all over the southeast for what I wanted for a reasonable price, I landed at Mulllinax in Mobile. Price wise, for exactly what I wanted, they beat the other folks by nearly $10,000. Even more important to me than that is, I HATE the haggle process. I'm not good at it. I always feel like I'm getting cheated. At Mullinax, no haggle, no dealer/filing/stupid additional fees. The price is what you pay. Shannon was my salesman. He was great. I goofed up a couple of things and he fixed them easily. Then, when I didn't remember to ask for the military rebate Ford is offering until 3 days later, he fixed it for me. My brother was with me. It was such a great experience, he went over 4 days later and bought himself a new truck also. Highly recommend Mullinax and Shannon.

Mullinax was fantastic! We had many people recommend them to us, so that’s where we went. I worked with Salomon, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. They didn’t have the exact 2026 Explorer I wanted on the lot, but I knew exactly what I was looking for—and what I wasn’t. Salomon immediately got to work locating the perfect vehicle, and within a week I was signing the paperwork. I live about an hour and a half away, but that never caused any issues. We have been shopping for a Ford Mustang Mach E and found one on their website. We wanted to go over and test drive it and possibly trade in our vehicle so I reached out on Saturday morning before they opened and Blayde got back with me quickly. He checked to make sure they still had the vehicle because I told him we didn't want to drive an hour and a half to get there and not see the car. He let us know it was there and that if we gave him 30 minutes notice before we arrived he would have it ready for us to drive. Blayde was great and showed us a couple other vehicles as well but ultimately worked with us on getting a very competitive trade on our vehicle and making the buying process easy. It was worth the drive from Pensacola to get our new Mustang Mach E!

I went in and immediately feel in love with the 2026 Ford Explorer Tremor on the showroom floor. Our salesman was Errol. I only came in to test drive the explorer ST to shut my husband up. Errol was awesome. He was not pushy, he simply followed my lead and my interests in the vehicle. Once he got to the massage seats, it was over. I said SOLD. Chris worked very hard to get us the truck we wanted. Unfortunately, on our end, there was a delay in our down payment hitting our bank account, so he got approval for us to put down a minimal amount to hold the truck until the money hit our account a few days later. Terence closed the deal for us once the money was there as Chris was off that day. Both were very helpful and we appreciate the extra effort they both put in for us. Great team and we will definitely be back when in need of another vehicle.

Purchasing a vehicle at Mullinax Ford of Mobile left me feeling lucky and Blessed‼️ The salesman Shannn Moore was so helpful getting me a great vehicle for my grandson. Shannon was just super nice right from the first phone call and treated me like a friend when we met. Shannon handled all the paperwork and ensure I had copies of everything. Also the finance manager Robert Koon the State of Alabama Hall of Fame boxing Champion was very nice to meet as well and he handled the financing perfectly. The entire staff were just awesome it was kinda funny because even as I left to bring vehicle home a light appeared on dash and I was alarmed and an unknown salesman walked out seeing I was having difficulty and he looked and saw I had a door ajar causing the light to come on we both laughed about that and everything of course was fine. Their team had already performed the maintenance and detailed my vehicle to ensure all was good and gave me a warranty in addition to the great price of the vehicle. I will be going back for ALL my vehicle needs and I highly recommend Shannon and Mullinax Ford of Mobile to all my family and friends ‼️

It's easy to look good when everything goes well, but Nicole and the Mullinax management really shined through when a possibly-serious, completely unknown issue arose after we left with our newly-purchased car. Living in Gulf Shores I have used the local Ford dealership in Foley for years. Even with that relationship in place, Mullinax Ford treated as a more valued customer on my 1st purchase with them.
