Nicole was our sales specialist and was very easy to work with. No pressure sales. The vehicle we were interested in still had to go to service since they had just got it in, and she kept us informed of the process so there were no surprises. We are very pleased with our vehicle, and the dealership.

After WAY too much analysis, I decided what truck I wanted. After searching all over the southeast for what I wanted for a reasonable price, I landed at Mulllinax in Mobile. Price wise, for exactly what I wanted, they beat the other folks by nearly $10,000. Even more important to me than that is, I HATE the haggle process. I'm not good at it. I always feel like I'm getting cheated. At Mullinax, no haggle, no dealer/filing/stupid additional fees. The price is what you pay. Shannon was my salesman. He was great. I goofed up a couple of things and he fixed them easily. Then, when I didn't remember to ask for the military rebate Ford is offering until 3 days later, he fixed it for me. My brother was with me. It was such a great experience, he went over 4 days later and bought himself a new truck also. Highly recommend Mullinax and Shannon.

Very efficient sales process and good communication through the whole process. You need to do your own due dilligence in financing but they were easy to work with on that also. I didn’t have to do much follow up at all. Just sign and drive.

Mullinax was fantastic! We had many people recommend them to us, so that’s where we went. I worked with Salomon, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. They didn’t have the exact 2026 Explorer I wanted on the lot, but I knew exactly what I was looking for—and what I wasn’t. Salomon immediately got to work locating the perfect vehicle, and within a week I was signing the paperwork. I live about an hour and a half away, but that never caused any issues. Salomon was incredibly responsive, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He also secured an outstanding appraisal for my trade-in—about $1,500 more than any other offer I received. When it came time to sign the paperwork, we worked with Terrance. He was knowledgeable, personable, and made the paperwork process straightforward and enjoyable. On top of the excellent service, we saved over $5,000 by purchasing through Mullinax. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would highly recommend Salomon, Terrance, and the entire Mullinax team!

We have been shopping for a Ford Mustang Mach E and found one on their website. We wanted to go over and test drive it and possibly trade in our vehicle so I reached out on Saturday morning before they opened and Blayde got back with me quickly. He checked to make sure they still had the vehicle because I told him we didn't want to drive an hour and a half to get there and not see the car. He let us know it was there and that if we gave him 30 minutes notice before we arrived he would have it ready for us to drive. Blayde was great and showed us a couple other vehicles as well but ultimately worked with us on getting a very competitive trade on our vehicle and making the buying process easy. It was worth the drive from Pensacola to get our new Mustang Mach E!

My brother recently purchased a Ford F-150 from Mobile and worked with Shannon Moore. He had such a great experience that I decided to purchase a Ford F-250 from Shannon as well. The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. After conducting extensive research and comparing prices at multiple dealerships, I found that Mobile offered my truck for thousands less than comparable vehicles elsewhere. Shannon Moore was excellent to work with—knowledgeable, professional, and completely pressure-free throughout the process. I went in and immediately feel in love with the 2026 Ford Explorer Tremor on the showroom floor. Our salesman was Errol. I only came in to test drive the explorer ST to shut my husband up. Errol was awesome. He was not pushy, he simply followed my lead and my interests in the vehicle. Once he got to the massage seats, it was over. I said SOLD. He stepped back and let my husband and I talk. Never once approached us to interrupt. Errol and the finance dude, Terrance made this process so easy, quick and comfortable. Chris worked very hard to get us the truck we wanted. Unfortunately, on our end, there was a delay in our down payment hitting our bank account, so he got approval for us to put down a minimal amount to hold the truck until the money hit our account a few days later. Terence closed the deal for us once the money was there as Chris was off that day. Both were very helpful and we appreciate the extra effort they both put in for us. Great team and we will definitely be back when in need of another vehicle.

Mulinax Ford of Mobile is top notch! I have worked with Salomon with all 3 vehicles I've purchased there. He treated my wife and I like family as soon as we walked through the doors. I've never felt pressured to buy a certain vehicle either. The whole process has been smooth and their upfront pricing is great. Up front pricing on the website (no clue how dealerships who don’t do this stay in business), received out the door price via text. Drove down and they had the vehicle ready. Cameron (our salesman) was great, easy process although we sat for about an hour waiting for the finance guy to get to us. Other than that no issues and would recommend.

Very respectful and polite and knowledgeable. I was ready to buy the truck yet he still walked me through and showed me more things about the truck. And I’m glad he did. I have now purchased two vehicles from Mullinax Ford over the last few years and have been pleased each time. They do not hound or hassle and are very reasonable to work with. They had the lowest price in the area for my most recent purchase and worked with me on finding additional discounts and different financing for lower interest rates. I was super impressed with their finance guy when he offered a different company to finance with when Ford didnt have the lowest interest rates. I have been able to easily schedule service for my vehicle. I like that they communicate very well. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Ford. I've been very happy with my purchase and the service I've recieved on my vehicle.

Was a very simple process to buy a new vehicle. After getting the run around from many other dealerships both in and out of state, they made me feel comfortable and appreciated. One key thing that stood out was when we looked at the truck on the lot, the salesman handed us the keys and walked away. This gave us time to look it over and play around without feeling pressured or constantly getting asked questions.

I am from mid Florida area and was in the market for a new Ford Maverick. I found the I liked at Mullinax Ford of Alabama I called to see what deal I could make. Salmon Ramos sales person answered the phone. I explained to him that I worked in a dealership and new all their tricks and games. I was told by Salmon the played no games best price is advertised and they would only add taxes and tag. Being in the business I was highly suspicious. To my surprise there were no games or gimmicks. I could not believe I had stumbled into a dealership that was honest and upfront. Highly recommend both the dealership and Salmon. We had a great experience at Mullinax. This is the second car I've bought from them. Sam was a knowledgeable salesperson, very helpful but no sales pressure. He accommodated all my requests throughout the sales experience and the turnaround time when I went to pick up the vehicle was very reasonable compared to other dealerships, about 90 minutes out the door. They didn’t have the exact 2026 Explorer I wanted on the lot, but I knew exactly what I was looking for—and what I wasn’t. Salomon immediately got to work locating the perfect vehicle, and within a week I was signing the paperwork. I live about an hour and a half away, but that never caused any issues. We have been shopping for a Ford Mustang Mach E and found one on their website. We wanted to go over and test drive it and possibly trade in our vehicle so I reached out on Saturday morning before they opened and Blayde got back with me quickly. He checked to make sure they still had the vehicle because I told him we didn't want to drive an hour and a half to get there and not see the car. He let us know it was there and that if we gave him 30 minutes notice before we arrived he would have it ready for us to drive. Blayde was great and showed us a couple other vehicles as well but ultimately worked with us on getting a very competitive trade on our vehicle and making the buying process easy. It was worth the drive from Pensacola to get our new Mustang Mach E!

I went in and immediately feel in love with the 2026 Ford Explorer Tremor on the showroom floor. Our salesman was Errol. I only came in to test drive the explorer ST to shut my husband up. Errol was awesome. He was not pushy, he simply followed my lead and my interests in the vehicle. Once he got to the massage seats, it was over. I said SOLD. Chris worked very hard to get us the truck we wanted. Unfortunately, on our end, there was a delay in our down payment hitting our bank account, so he got approval for us to put down a minimal amount to hold the truck until the money hit our account a few days later. Terence closed the deal for us once the money was there as Chris was off that day. Both were very helpful and we appreciate the extra effort they both put in for us. Mullinax was not the same . The price from the beginning was the price at the end with absolutely no hidden cost or sneaky add-on fees. I purchased a truck from another Ford dealership prior to this truck and my wife and I regretted our dealings with them, not due to the truck at all but because of how management treated us. Our salesman and our empathy for how he was treated in front of us was the reason we bought the truck there or else we would never have accepted that type of treatment to us or towards their workers. We made a decision not to purchase from them again. Now, on a "happy" note, Mullinax was great from start to finish and our salesman, Ryan Miracle, even helped me set up and find out the issue with my phone to start the Ford Pass. He and Jonathan Byrd treated us with respect, made us feel they cared for us like family and listened intently to help us get the right truck that would make it our best. Jonathan Byrd's knowledge and interaction with all dealings was remarkable. We have been in the dealership numerous times and truly feel we have known them for years and feel they care about us They we're super excited about my excitement on getting this truck and we could not be more pleased. I have already sent two of my friends there and they too have ordered trucks and I feel I have a third coming next week. Mullinax does make a difference in buying a Ford.

I would not assume that it is about the way they feel about dealing with the dealership, unless it is a negative experience. However, that was certainly not the case with us. One of the first things we spoke about was how good a feeling we had dealing with salesman Lynn Wyatt, and the rest of the crew in the business and finance office. It was a up and down process we found a car online that we loved and wanted to purchase call the dealership and got in touch with Derk since we lived 4 hours away from the dealership he got us approved by phone even though I had a trade that I owe more than it was worth that was the upside Now the downside the day before pick up another Salesman sold the vehicle knowing we were coming the next day 😔 so when we arrived Derek apologized for everything and was doing all he could to make it right not only did he find us another vehicle it was newer and had less miles than the one before 😃 he is a awesome guy did not stop until we were satisfied.
