Nicole was our sales specialist and was very easy to work with. No pressure sales. The vehicle we were interested in still had to go to service since they had just got it in, and she kept us informed of the process so there were no surprises. We are very pleased with our vehicle, and the dealership.

After WAY too much analysis, I decided what truck I wanted. After searching all over the southeast for what I wanted for a reasonable price, I landed at Mulllinax in Mobile. Price wise, for exactly what I wanted, they beat the other folks by nearly $10,000. Even more important to me than that is, I HATE the haggle process. I'm not good at it. I always feel like I'm getting cheated. At Mullinax, no haggle, no dealer/filing/stupid additional fees. The price is what you pay. Shannon was my salesman. He was great. I goofed up a couple of things and he fixed them easily. Then, when I didn't remember to ask for the military rebate Ford is offering until 3 days later, he fixed it for me. My brother was with me. It was such a great experience, he went over 4 days later and bought himself a new truck also. Highly recommend Mullinax and Shannon.

Very efficient sales process and good communication through the whole process. You need to do your own due dilligence in financing but they were easy to work with on that also. I didn’t have to do much follow up at all. Just sign and drive.

Mullinax was fantastic! We had many people recommend them to us, so that’s where we went. I worked with Salomon, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. They didn’t have the exact 2026 Explorer I wanted on the lot, but I knew exactly what I was looking for—and what I wasn’t. Salomon immediately got to work locating the perfect vehicle, and within a week I was signing the paperwork. I live about an hour and a half away, but that never caused any issues. Salomon was incredibly responsive, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He also secured an outstanding appraisal for my trade-in—about $1,500 more than any other offer I received. When it came time to sign the paperwork, we worked with Terrance. He was knowledgeable, personable, and made the paperwork process straightforward and enjoyable. On top of the excellent service, we saved over $5,000 by purchasing through Mullinax. We have been shopping for a Ford Mustang Mach E and found one on their website. We wanted to go over and test drive it and possibly trade in our vehicle so I reached out on Saturday morning before they opened and Blayde got back with me quickly. He checked to make sure they still had the vehicle because I told him we didn't want to drive an hour and a half to get there and not see the car. He let us know it was there and that if we gave him 30 minutes notice before we arrived he would have it ready for us to drive. Blayde was great and showed us a couple other vehicles as well but ultimately worked with us on getting a very competitive trade on our vehicle and making the buying process easy. It was worth the drive from Pensacola to get our new Mustang Mach E!

I went in and immediately feel in love with the 2026 Ford Explorer Tremor on the showroom floor. Our salesman was Errol. I only came in to test drive the explorer ST to shut my husband up. Errol was awesome. He was not pushy, he simply followed my lead and my interests in the vehicle. Once he got to the massage seats, it was over. I said SOLD. He stepped back and let my husband and I talk. Never once approached us to interrupt. Errol and the finance dude, Terrance made this process so easy, quick and comfortable. Chris worked very hard to get us the truck we wanted. Unfortunately, on our end, there was a delay in our down payment hitting our bank account, so he got approval for us to put down a minimal amount to hold the truck until the money hit our account a few days later. Terence closed the deal for us once the money was there as Chris was off that day. Both were very helpful and we appreciate the extra effort they both put in for us. Great team and we will definitely be back when in need of another vehicle.

Up front pricing on the website (no clue how dealerships who don’t do this stay in business), received out the door price via text. Drove down and they had the vehicle ready. Cameron (our salesman) was great, easy process although we sat for about an hour waiting for the finance guy to get to us. Other than that no issues and would recommend.

I have now purchased two vehicles from Mullinax Ford over the last few years and have been pleased each time. They do not hound or hassle and are very reasonable to work with. They had the lowest price in the area for my most recent purchase and worked with me on finding additional discounts and different financing for lower interest rates. I was super impressed with their finance guy when he offered a different company to finance with when Ford didnt have the lowest interest rates. Was a very simple process to buy a new vehicle. After getting the run around from many other dealerships both in and out of state, they made me feel comfortable and appreciated. One key thing that stood out was when we looked at the truck on the lot, the salesman handed us the keys and walked away. This gave us time to look it over and play around without feeling pressured or constantly getting asked questions.

I am from mid Florida area and was in the market for a new Ford Maverick. I found the I liked at Mullinax Ford of Alabama I called to see what deal I could make. Salmon Ramos sales person answered the phone. I explained to him that I worked in a dealership and new all their tricks and games. I was told by Salmon the played no games best price is advertised and they would only add taxes and tag. Being in the business I was highly suspicious. To my surprise there were no games or gimmicks. They didn’t have the exact 2026 Explorer I wanted on the lot, but I knew exactly what I was looking for—and what I wasn’t. Salomon immediately got to work locating the perfect vehicle, and within a week I was signing the paperwork. I live about an hour and a half away, but that never caused any issues. We have been shopping for a Ford Mustang Mach E and found one on their website. We wanted to go over and test drive it and possibly trade in our vehicle so I reached out on Saturday morning before they opened and Blayde got back with me quickly. He checked to make sure they still had the vehicle because I told him we didn't want to drive an hour and a half to get there and not see the car. He let us know it was there and that if we gave him 30 minutes notice before we arrived he would have it ready for us to drive. Blayde was great and showed us a couple other vehicles as well but ultimately worked with us on getting a very competitive trade on our vehicle and making the buying process easy. It was worth the drive from Pensacola to get our new Mustang Mach E!

I went in and immediately feel in love with the 2026 Ford Explorer Tremor on the showroom floor. Our salesman was Errol. I only came in to test drive the explorer ST to shut my husband up. Errol was awesome. He was not pushy, he simply followed my lead and my interests in the vehicle. Once he got to the massage seats, it was over. I said SOLD. Chris worked very hard to get us the truck we wanted. Unfortunately, on our end, there was a delay in our down payment hitting our bank account, so he got approval for us to put down a minimal amount to hold the truck until the money hit our account a few days later. Terence closed the deal for us once the money was there as Chris was off that day. Both were very helpful and we appreciate the extra effort they both put in for us. You're treated with respect as a customer and offered a very fair price for your trade-in and a no-fee price for the vehicle you purchase. I dealt with Shannon Moore who was a terrific salesman and Terrance Long (?), the Finance Officer. Both were a pleasure and both were honest and straightforward. Buying a car can be challenging. For me, the biggest obstacle is finding a decent salesperson to work with. I have experienced quite a range of salespeople in my life. I have literally run with my friend across a parking lot away from a salesman that was so overbearing. I have also been snubbed plenty of times by dealers who refuse to even unlock a car for me because they perceive I will not buy a car from them for whatever reason. I have even been told that, “I don’t think you can afford this car, so I am not going to unlock it.” More recently, I had an experience at a local dealership that refused to tell me the price of any vehicle on their lot. Apparently, it was a “special event”, but I had never experienced a dealership not being able to tell me the price of a vehicle. Instead, they said I should have done my homework to know what to offer… This is just NOT my style. The manager followed me all the way back to my vehicle as I was leaving talking my ear off to try to get me to stay. At this point I go to a car dealership with complete dread. Sometimes, salespeople can really be a tremendous pain, and this is not what I experienced at Mullinax Ford. Never in my life have I had a better experience at a car dealership. My husband and I went to Mullinax to look around. “It’s 2021.” “Cars are limited.” “Salespeople have the advantage.” All of these were ideas floating around my head. We looked at a few Ford Broncos in the show room. I thought they were cool. The vehicles were unlocked. This was a great relief after I set off an alarm in a vehicle at another dealership. This is when we first met Chris McGraw. We talked about the Bronco. He also told us that Bronco Sports were more available at the time but that they did not have one available at the moment. One of his co-workers had a Bronco Sport and let us sit in and have a look at his. This is next level service! We were also interested in the new Mavrick truck but they were not available yet.  We thanked Chris for his time and I kept in touch with him periodically by text (me texting him, and him only responding to what I asked). The more I looked at the Ford Bronco online, I became more sure that this was the car for me. My last several vehicles were all convertibles, but I wanted a vehicle that is further from of the ground. I called Chris again several months ago to ask about ordering a Bronco. Mullinax had a few that would be arriving several months later. I was given details with the price and paid a down payment that day. When the Bronco arrived this week, the dealership held to that price. They gave me a great deal of my trade in. They found me the best interest rate available and before I knew it, I was driving away in my new Ford Bronco having had the best car purchase experience of my life. I am grateful for this dealership and have already referred a friend. Thank you!

My salesman, Jerry Albritton, was great. I have a real busy schedule and also travel quite a bit. I just don’t have time to go around looking for a vehicle. I called the dealership (after calling a few others without much follow up) and randomly got Jerry. Thank goodness I did. Jerry spent a few minutes on the phone asking me some questions about the type of vehicle and features I wanted. I told him the best way to communicate with me was by text. I suspect that probably puts off a lot of sales people. Not Jerry. He kept in touch with me without over communicating as he started his search. He was also very patient. When the first vehicle he found that met my needs was beyond what I wanted to spend, he adjusted his search to find me just what I needed. I have been buying vehicles for 30 years and hands down, it was the best experience I have ever had. The no haggle approach is a stroke of genius.
