I had done research on the model car that I was interested in before going to Mullinax. When I got to the dealership, I was met by Blayde Gardner. He answered all my questions and provided me with much more information than I received during my research. Blayde was very courteous and knowledgeable. Derek as a salesman was awesome! I had inquired about a specific 2025 bronco sport. He kept in communication with me throughout the entirety of the day since I was coming from out of town even though it was the last day of the month and the dealership was busy busy. He made the experience easy and was overall enthusiastic showing me a bronco sport since being a bronco owner himself. Finance man Terrance also deserves a 5 star review as well. Being closing time on an already busy day, he made sure to answer all questions I had about financing and had the patience to sit through all nitty gritty inquiries I had.

I had a recall issue with my Explorer. I called Mullinax bc they are the only dealer in the area to offer mobile service. I spoke with the service advisor, emailed photos of the VIN and odometer (required for the recall), and scheduled a mobile service appointment all in a 5-minute phone call. I received texts in the next few days all to confirm the service had been approved by Ford corporate and to confirm the appointment. The service tech called to let me know he was on the way, arrived on time, and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. My service advisor and the mobile tech were friendly, professional, and pleasant.

I had just moved into town and needed some routine maintenance service and a recall check. Mullinax Ford set me up with an appointment for the next day. I was greeted by the friendliest service people I have ever met in the automotive industry, told exactly what would be done and how long it would take. They called for pick up before the time stated. When I picked up there were no delays and I even received a follow up call and that has NEVER happened anywhere else. Loved the experience. In a time when everyone doesn’t take the time to be nice, this was a refreshing experience! Thank you!

My wife was traveling for work when her car was damaged. Since we aren’t local, I called the local Ford dealership and spoke with Bryan in the service department. Recently purchased a car from mullinax ford and Nicole was A MA ZING!!!! She went out of her way to make the process as smooth as possible, from communicating with me over the phone since I am out of state to holding the car for me till I was able to drive there to see it. I walked in and was greeted instantly by her, walked to the car , did a test drive and was out the door with my new car in under 2 hours. I did have some issues afterwards with a disgusting service department at another dealership and once again, Nicole was able to help me out and even made that process better, she is extremely TOP NOTCH. Just used the Mullinax home service because my battery died in the driveway. The scheduler got me connect to a service technician and he squeezed me in within about two hours. Got the new battery in, checked on the electronics to ensure they reset and everything was great! Have used Mullinax for 25 years-3 different trucks! Great service.

I am really pleased with Mullinax Ford Mobile. I had not purchased a car in a very long time. I had owned the same vehicle since 2014—a 2012 Ford Fusion SEL—so this was a big purchase for me. I am especially pleased with one representative by the name of Errol. When I tell you he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, I mean it. Whether it was financing, the APR, or anything else, he answered every question I asked, and I never felt overwhelmed during the purchase process. I was able to purchase a 2026 Ford Explorer, and my overall experience with Errol was a 10 out of 10. My overall experience with Mullinax Ford Mobile was also a 10 out of 10. Buying a car is generally not something I would look forward to - particularly buying a car 100’s of miles away. But dealing with NIcole of Mullinax Ford totally flipped the story. She was pleasant to deal with, extremely quick with replies, was proactive (like setting me up with the Ford App), she’s smart, funny, thorough and honest. After WAY too much analysis, I decided what truck I wanted. After searching all over the southeast for what I wanted for a reasonable price, I landed at Mulllinax in Mobile. Price wise, for exactly what I wanted, they beat the other folks by nearly $10,000. Even more important to me than that is, I HATE the haggle process. I'm not good at it. I always feel like I'm getting cheated. At Mullinax, no haggle, no dealer/filing/stupid additional fees. The price is what you pay. Shannon was my salesman. He was great. I goofed up a couple of things and he fixed them easily. Then, when I didn't remember to ask for the military rebate Ford is offering until 3 days later, he fixed it for me. My brother was with me. It was such a great experience, he went over 4 days later and bought himself a new truck also. Highly recommend Mullinax and Shannon.

Mullinax was fantastic! We had many people recommend them to us, so that’s where we went. I worked with Salomon, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. They didn’t have the exact 2026 Explorer I wanted on the lot, but I knew exactly what I was looking for—and what I wasn’t. Salomon immediately got to work locating the perfect vehicle, and within a week I was signing the paperwork. I live about an hour and a half away, but that never caused any issues. Salomon was incredibly responsive, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He also secured an outstanding appraisal for my trade-in—about $1,500 more than any other offer I received. When it came time to sign the paperwork, we worked with Terrance. He was knowledgeable, personable, and made the paperwork process straightforward and enjoyable. On top of the excellent service, we saved over $5,000 by purchasing through Mullinax. We have been shopping for a Ford Mustang Mach E and found one on their website. We wanted to go over and test drive it and possibly trade in our vehicle so I reached out on Saturday morning before they opened and Blayde got back with me quickly. He checked to make sure they still had the vehicle because I told him we didn't want to drive an hour and a half to get there and not see the car. He let us know it was there and that if we gave him 30 minutes notice before we arrived he would have it ready for us to drive. Blayde was great and showed us a couple other vehicles as well but ultimately worked with us on getting a very competitive trade on our vehicle and making the buying process easy. It was worth the drive from Pensacola to get our new Mustang Mach E!

I went in and immediately feel in love with the 2026 Ford Explorer Tremor on the showroom floor. Our salesman was Errol. I only came in to test drive the explorer ST to shut my husband up. Errol was awesome. He was not pushy, he simply followed my lead and my interests in the vehicle. Once he got to the massage seats, it was over. I said SOLD. 3/22/2024 I bought a certified SUV BMW X3 28i with Mr. Jeremy Muniz. I can't thank him enough for the patience and his dedication to the dealership as the vehicle had issues - voltage issue which was turning the vehicle off completely once I was in a stop or traffic. He made sure that everything was remediated - new tires, new battery, new windshield, new back tail lights, sync retractable cover, 75K maintenance, detail, and new mass air flow valve. His attention to details and his customer service is highly appreciated. That's why I keep returning to Mullinax ford of Mobile. This have been my 6th vehicle that I've purchased from the dealership and 5th time with Mr. Muniz. Thank you for what you do. Highly recommend Mr. Muniz as a sales person yall wont be disappointed. 3/22/2025 returned to mullinax and traded 2 vehicles, bought a 2024 BMW X3 30i SA and 2024 Ford Truck with the assistance of Mr. James Stallworth. Highly recommended Mr. Stallworth as he was with me since 10 am to 3 pm. He also delivered my BMW to my house when it was transported from Montgomery AL. Again notice it was 1 year to date that I purchased my first BMW X3 with Mr. Jeremy Muniz. 71/2025 the 2024 Ford F150 stalled on the interstate 4/25/25 and have been deemed as a lemon by Ford Motor Co. Currently working on this issue that have caused a great deal of problem because the vehicle has been in an authorized ford dealership since 4/26/25 and under warranty but cannot be repaired nor anyone from service dept to the field engineers of FMC knows what is wrong with the truck and wont start. It was odd because I never stayed longer than 6 hours in a dealership when it was taken out their lot 3/22/25 was told the vehicle wont start and they had to replace the battery. Unknowingly the vehicle would stall on the interstate and deemed a lemon.

My vehicle needed a new engine and was being serviced by Mullinax’s team. Lauren Chapman in Service was very helpful and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Even on her days off she would ensure I was taken care of while she was out. Kristy Tarver stepped in while Lauren was out and provided excellent service. Kristy is the Service Dept. Manager and was already well aware of my situation which made experience much smoother. All in all, they have a great team and would recommend anyone use their service department. The upfront pricing is great, no haggle. My salesperson, Colby was great, he was personable, knowledgeable and easy to work with during the whole process. The entire Mullinax gang from the salesman to the appraiser to the financial person made the experience an easy transaction. Update: This is more about Ford quality than Mullinax itself. Apparently, my brand new 2025 F150 Lariat came with a defect right off the lot/factory. I originally thought it was user error(not knowing exactly how the adaptive cruise control worked), but that was not the case. The cruise control did not work properly(normal or adaptive), and the left side control buttons on the steering wheel intermittently worked. Less than 2 months and less than 2000 miles, and already my truck is in the shop. Doesn't give me a good feeling for the future. Another update: if I could give zero or negative stars to Mullinax of Mobile Service dept I would! They have the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. If I could do it all over again, I would not buy from Mullinax and depend on their service dept. Maybe Ford Autonation is better? So, if you are buying a Ford, either don't or try Autonation(of course, the service dept there may be just as bad but I haven't had any dealings with them) When my new truck has problems again, I will take it to Autonation.

WELL to answer your question.. THIS ONE! They 100% stick to that. I got one hell of a deal on a 2025 Ford Bronco today and I’m the happiest girl alive thanks to Blayde! I couldn’t recommend him more! He made me feel comfortable, very personable, was not pushy, answered every question I had, and was patient. I don’t see myself letting go of this Bronco anytime soon, but if and when I do, I’m driving 3 hours to see Blayde again. Great Dealership here in Mobile and the service Department is great , Tracey has always got us in and out and attended to our needs ! We don't use anyone else but Mullanex Ford on all our needs including charging the oil .... everything ! Also we were in recently to service my husband's mustang and my car navigator had a recall on the lights that come on the ground when you open the door so instead of having two different appointments Tracy in the service department done what they call a piggyback and took his car in first to be serviced and as soon as they were done with his car they took mine in next and we were there maybe an hour and a half, we really like them I mean they do our oil change anything that we need or whatever comes up we go to mullinax Ford and we love our girl in the service department Tracy she's a diamond she's the best understands you talks to you get you in when you need to come in I couldn't ask for a better service person ! I ordered a 2025 Platinum F250 3 months ago. Mullinax provided a very fair estimated trade-in at that time subject to further depreciation. I just took delivery of the new truck and was pleasantly surprised they honored the original trade-in estimate. It was a very low pressure experience. My wife purchased a new Platinum Expedition 2 years ago. She was very happy with the experience, as well. I will be ordering my next new Platinum there in a couple years! Purchasing a vehicle at Mullinax Ford of Mobile left me feeling lucky and Blessed‼️ The salesman Shannn Moore was so helpful getting me a great vehicle for my grandson. Shannon was just super nice right from the first phone call and treated me like a friend when we met. Shannon handled all the paperwork and ensure I had copies of everything. Also the finance manager Robert Koon the State of Alabama Hall of Fame boxing Champion was very nice to meet as well and he handled the financing perfectly. The entire staff were just awesome it was kinda funny because even as I left to bring vehicle home a light appeared on dash and I was alarmed and an unknown salesman walked out seeing I was having difficulty and he looked and saw I had a door ajar causing the light to come on we both laughed about that and everything of course was fine. Their team had already performed the maintenance and detailed my vehicle to ensure all was good and gave me a warranty in addition to the great price of the vehicle. I will be going back for ALL my vehicle needs and I highly recommend Shannon and Mullinax Ford of Mobile to all my family and friends ‼️

Living in Gulf Shores I have used the local Ford dealership in Foley for years. Even with that relationship in place, Mullinax Ford treated as a more valued customer on my 1st purchase with them.
