This is my fourth vehicle purchase from Mullinax of Mobile. There are several reasons for this but first and foremost is the people. The sales staff, namely Blayde Gardener and the finance staff “ Doc” are so personable and friendly. They never make you feel rushed and we actually have become friends because we talk about a lot of other things besides concentrating on the sale. Really good folks.

From the moment I reached out about ordering a new Maverick, Blayde was responsive, easy to work with and helpful in walking me through the entire process. Had a great experience that only took about 30 minutes and in the world we live in today, you can drive a vehicle off the lot and not be upside down immediately!

One of the few places you can go and not have to worry about a lot of fees and a price change. That’s what got me. Most places list a vehicle for 35 then when you get there it somehow goes to 45. I want to take the time to brag on a company-Mullinax Ford in Mobile. We bought a truck there in March and had a great Experience. Our salesman-Blayde Gardner was OUTSTANDING through entire process. There developed an internal programming issue with my truck immediately. They (Ford corporate) cannot find the solution. Mullinax has had me in a loaner for 2 months-they didn’t have to do that! Most wouldn’t. Yesterday they told me they didn’t have a solution in sight-they were waiting on Ford! They COMPLETELY refunded the cost of my vehicle—total purchase price— and I was able to find another from my brother’s dealership in Texas. Had they had a similar truck to what I had at a Similar price I would have bought from them! But they didn’t. Folks this isn’t normal. They went above and beyond and were completely compassionate through the whole deal! Keith Parrot-the GM- and Blayde Gardner are unique to the car business. I know bc I grew up in the business and this ain’t normal! Go buy a car or truck from them. They define service!

I had my eye on a used vehicle at Mullinax. I decided to do the chat and see if it was still available. I got a response quickly and scheduled a test drive for the same afternoon. I really appreciated that I wasn't pressured by any salesperson and the salesperson in the show room was eager to get the salesperson I was there to meet. Blayde Gardner took the time to learn about me and my needs even though I was purchasing less expensive used vehicle for my daughter. Blayde went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of throughout the entire process. He earned my future business for sure!
