They quickly became my family. Jerry my liaison, hard to call him a salesman, as I ran the show and he made it happen. He is now like an uncle and I appreciate him more than he knows. This place did an excellent job on helping me purchase my car. I waited forever for Ford Motor to build my car , but once they received it at dealer they called me immediately . My salesman James was leaving for the day and saw it on the back of the delivery truck and called me in to see it and test drive it. He even stayed over and did all the paperwork so I would be able to just pick up the keys the next day. Brian also help close the deal by being available to adjust the paperwork that the bank ask for at the last min. He hung up the phone and faxed the papers over ASAP. This was the most seamless car buying process I have ever been apart of. Thanks again James and Brian!

This was a giant leap of faith on my part. I bought my truck sight unseen over the phone and on the internet. Scary as it was, my sales guy, Mike Steiber made it as painless as he could, answered all of my questions, sent pictures as requested and I could not be happier with how it went thanks to him.
