From the moment we called about a vehicle they were nothing short of extraordinary. Colby and Cameron sealed the deal on my new ford escape hybrid and had it ready for me at 7pm and made it hassle free where all I had to do is sign! Thank you all for the amazing service!

I would give them a 10+++ if I could. Colby was our salesman and he went above and beyond to get us what we wanted, even though we changed to a different truck when we got there. Terrance did the financial part and he was great. When I had a concern about my title work (which was me not the dealership) the general manager responded within 30 minutes to help me. I absolutely love that the price on the web is the price you pay. It cuts down on purchase time and the “let me check with my manager dance.” Can’t say enough about how great they were. I’d but from them again.

Purchased a new 2025 Ford Maverick XL from Mullinax Ford. Colby was salesman and was great to work with he was professional and patient he made the process smooth from start to finish. The upfront pricing is great, no haggle. My salesperson, Colby was great, he was personable, knowledgeable and easy to work with during the whole process. The entire Mullinax gang from the salesman to the appraiser to the financial person made the experience an easy transaction. Update: This is more about Ford quality than Mullinax itself. Apparently, my brand new 2025 F150 Lariat came with a defect right off the lot/factory. I originally thought it was user error(not knowing exactly how the adaptive cruise control worked), but that was not the case. The cruise control did not work properly(normal or adaptive), and the left side control buttons on the steering wheel intermittently worked. Less than 2 months and less than 2000 miles, and already my truck is in the shop. Doesn't give me a good feeling for the future. Another update: if I could give zero or negative stars to Mullinax of Mobile Service dept I would! They have the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. If I could do it all over again, I would not buy from Mullinax and depend on their service dept. Maybe Ford Autonation is better? So, if you are buying a Ford, either don't or try Autonation(of course, the service dept there may be just as bad but I haven't had any dealings with them) When my new truck has problems again, I will take it to Autonation.
