Crystal Loper

Took my 2013 Ford Escape to the Service Shop (24-26 July 2017) for several minor recalls and a VVT sensor replacement. Crystal was my service shop rep and from start to finish, she was spot on with her experience, customer relations, and understanding of the process. With her great personality, she called me several times to explain the status of repairs, which helped with the experience. Crystal is a great asset to have at Mullinax Ford.

While I had a minor difficulty selecting options for my appointment, Crystal was able to smooth everything out and insure that I had a great experience. The process was easy and they even picked my explorer up and brought it back to me. Drivers were very courteous. I would recommend anyone to use Mullinax. This is my fifth purchase....
