Could not be more pleased with a new truck purchase. Having purchased many new vehicles in my life it always came with sneaky tactics at the end to work more money from me. Mullinax was not the same . The price from the beginning was the price at the end with absolutely no hidden cost or sneaky add-on fees. Derek Anlage was very integritable with information throughout the whole process. What he said in the beginning of the process never changed throughout. I will most definitely be dealing with Mullinax Ford and Derek Anlage again.

Absolutely no issues with the sales process. Derek was great at listening and going to bat for me on the sale. Still waiting on a couple of items to be taken care of, but parts had to be ordered.

Awesome working with the dealership. They are definitely busy, so there man be people in all directions but it’s because they sell so many. Prices were good and service was good. Derek made our deal happen in short order. If I decide to buy another Ford it will be from him.

I drove 26 hours round trip just to do business with Derek if that tells you anything. He’s a superstar! I drove down, they had all the paperwork ready to go, gave me the tag and title paperwork immediately, and I had a tag on the vehicle less than 2 hours later. Derek even managed to get the vehicle tinted for me so I could drive back with it ready to go just as I wanted.
