I bought an F150 XLT in 2017, dealt with Shawn Ewbanks, who was great. The entire process was fantastic, so in 2024 when ready to trade, I came back. This time I had the pleasure of dealing with Derek Anlage. I could not have been happier with the service and expertise that Derek gave me. I looked around at other dealerships, but no one met Mullinax quality in knowledge and service, thus I came back for my second F150 with Mullinax. I tell everyone how pleased I have been!

Working with Derek Anlage brought me from NOLA to Mobile to complete a purchase of a Bronco Badlands. After working out a (great) price, he was extremely helpful and responsive, ensured the Bronco was up-to-date w/ recalls, etc… and stayed late to complete the sale. Particularly noteworthy, I placed a deposit to hold the vehicle while we drove there (the pricing was that good)…but forgot about it when I cut the loan proceeds check and my downpayment. Before I realized the overpayment, Derek caught my mistake and initiated a refund on my credit card. Awesome.

I drove 26 hours round trip just to do business with Derek if that tells you anything. He’s a superstar! I drove down, they had all the paperwork ready to go, gave me the tag and title paperwork immediately, and I had a tag on the vehicle less than 2 hours later. Derek even managed to get the vehicle tinted for me so I could drive back with it ready to go just as I wanted.

I cannot say enough about the service and professionalism of the mullinax Ford Team! Specifically, Derek Anlage was awesome to work with as we searched for the perfect Ford Bronco for my wife. He was very patient, listened to everything we desired and went out and found the vehicle for us! We cannot wait to take delivery sometime this week.

Absolutely no issues with the sales process. Derek was great at listening and going to bat for me on the sale. Still waiting on a couple of items to be taken care of, but parts had to be ordered.

Could not be more pleased with a new truck purchase. Having purchased many new vehicles in my life it always came with sneaky tactics at the end to work more money from me. Mullinax was not the same . The price from the beginning was the price at the end with absolutely no hidden cost or sneaky add-on fees.
