I placed a car on hold with a deposit, but I changed my mind. They refunded my deposit no questions asked about 2 weeks later I found the color I wanted that was at another of their locations. They brought the car to me for reasonable fee. Also they stood by their claim of no doc fees and no extra upselling. This is the way business should be conducted I highly recommend these Mullinax dealerships

We came from out of state to purchase a new 2022 Bronco and Derek was incredibly easy to work with! We were able to get a ton of pre-work done before we even arrived. While Derek was amazing, we love our Bronco and Doc was great, I do have some constructive feedback. Even though we had sent all of our documents for us personally, insurance, docs for our trade in, we did still spend nearly 3 hours at the dealership which was kinda painful. We had a 3+ hour drive home and I had hoped we would have been wrapped up much quicker than we were.

I had been doing 500 mile wide Car Guru searches over the last 60+ days for a 2- door Bronco Wildtrak but was unwilling to pay the $5-$8K+ ADM for a new or low mileage model. I finally located a pre-owned 2022 Bronco Wildtrak at Mullinax Ford in Mobile, AL I looked into the price history, the subsequent price drops over the past 30+ days, and it was now priced slightly below MSRP. (as there are no doc fees at Mullinax) I reached out to James Stallworth, confirmed availability, and set-up a test drive. I arrived, was given the keys, and enjoyed a relaxing test drive without a the need to be accompanied by a Sales Consultant. My sales experience with James and Mullinax Ford was exceptional. From the moment we were greeted, the test drive, financing options, and briefing me on the Bronco could not have been better. The dealership was very busy but the entire experience was handled in a very timely manner and my business was truly appreciated.
