The minute I arrived at Mullinax Ford, Bill Ford (No Joke), met me at the door. Bill is the Salesperson we all hope for when making such a big decision. Bill gladly and patiently retrieved the keys to truck after truck (4 or 5 in all) so I could test drive and inspect each one. He was very well versed in the Ford F150 XLT Sport I was looking for. Two years of research I spent on all model trucks. I wanted a truck that was built to last, be reliable and good on gas. The Ford F150 XLT Sport Powerboost is that truck. We came from out of state to purchase a new 2022 Bronco and Derek was incredibly easy to work with! We were able to get a ton of pre-work done before we even arrived. While Derek was amazing, we love our Bronco and Doc was great, I do have some constructive feedback. Even though we had sent all of our documents for us personally, insurance, docs for our trade in, we did still spend nearly 3 hours at the dealership which was kinda painful. We had a 3+ hour drive home and I had hoped we would have been wrapped up much quicker than we were.

Even though I drove 2.5 hours to get to this dealership, the service was WELL worth it. Nice facility, nice people. Margaret took most of my information over the phone so that we could get in and out. Doc did a great job of getting us through the paperwork on our trade in and explaining the extras which we did purchase although we don't normally. Thank you for a stress free buying experience.
