Given the pandemic all negotiations were online or over the phone. Everything was thoroughly explained. We ordered a new vehicle and had to wait a little longer, but Jimmy kept us informed. Prior to delivery the finance officer (Doc) secured financing at a great rate and he and Jimmy even found an additional rebate to apply to the final purchase price. To top it all off, once the vehicle arrived from the factory it was prepped and delivered right to our door within 2 days. Without a doubt our best buying experience ever.
