I purchased my truck new from Mullinax, and was very satisfied with the process and my sales associate Mrs Lisa was amazing to work with. She made everything smooth and pain free! You learn a lot about a company when stuff goes wrong, and that’s where Mullinax has really impressed me. I have had a couple issues with my truck over the 3 years of ownership(not Mullinax fault), but Mullinax Service department has been amazing. Mrs Kristy is the heat beat of that department and is absolutely amazing. My service advisor Lauren is great with communication and keeping me updated on work being performed. I won’t go anywhere else for my next Ford.

My vehicle needed a new engine and was being serviced by Mullinax’s team. Lauren Chapman in Service was very helpful and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Even on her days off she would ensure I was taken care of while she was out. Kristy Tarver stepped in while Lauren was out and provided excellent service. Kristy is the Service Dept. Manager and was already well aware of my situation which made experience much smoother. All in all, they have a great team and would recommend anyone use their service department. You can expect great communication, personable service and knowledgeable staff.
