I ordered my Explorer ST through Mulinax. They were fantastic and flexible when I went back the next day to make a change! They kept me updated when the delivery was close (Ford did as well). They were honest on what to expect timewise. Nobody was pushy! It was the best experience I’d ever had buying a vehicle. I also sold them my vehicle when I ordered the Explorer. I told them what I wanted, which was reasonable, and they gave it to me. No back and forth. Very easy! Financing was a breeze- clear options and packages outlined. I will 100% recommended Mulinax! Mullinax was a great dealership to do business with and when I decide for another vehicle no other place beside Mullinax to look at!

Ryan was our salesman. He was awesome through this whole process! He showed us a couple vehicles and we’ve looked at some online. Ryan was very knowledgeable on the ford brand and just all around a great person to deal with. We all know car salesman have somewhat of a stereotype, Ryan for sure was the opposite. Mike in finance was awesome as well did a lot to keep us within our budget and super nice guy. This is a great combo for sure for this company. Whenever I do decide to buy another vehicle no other choice but Mullinax!

Easy, no-stress experience at Mullinax Ford. My Sales consultant, James Harkins is a terrific salesman and even nicer person. Mike Rhodes, the Finance manager was very easy to work with. No one rushes you or pressures you and Mullinax is now my “car place”.

My buying experience with Mullinax Ford was great. My salesman, Blayde Gardner was very knowledgeable about the truck I wanted. If you’re looking for a new truck or any Ford auto give Mullinax in Mobile a call. If they don’t have it they’ll find it for you. Mike Rhodes in the finance department did a great job explaining the extended warranty, as well. Great place with very nice people and lots of vehicles to choose from. At least give Mullinax a call before you make your final decision on the vehicle you want. You’ll be glad you did.
