Found this truck through CarGurus, sent interest notice. Mike reached out to me, gave very honest pricing details, and helped me work most of the paperwork via email. Spent just over an hour in the dealership, they had everything wrapped up and got me on my way. Even answered follow up questions after the sale. Much better than my last two experiences with Gary Smith Ford, absolutely worth the drive.

Ryan was our sale guy and he was frigging awesome. Showed us a few vehicles and was very knowledgeable of the ford vehicles. Mike was the guy in finance that handled getting our finances and ge was beyond excellent. These two are a great combo! Mullinax was a great dealership to do business with and when I decide for another vehicle no other place beside Mullinax to look at!

Ryan was our salesman. He was awesome through this whole process! He showed us a couple vehicles and we’ve looked at some online. Ryan was very knowledgeable on the ford brand and just all around a great person to deal with. We all know car salesman have somewhat of a stereotype, Ryan for sure was the opposite. Mike in finance was awesome as well did a lot to keep us within our budget and super nice guy. This is a great combo for sure for this company. I’ve always had great service at Mullinax Ford of Mobile. I’ve purchased 5 vehicles there now, 3 of them with Lynn Wyatt. Mike Rhodes is usually my finance guy, but we got to work with Terrance this time and no complaints!

It was actually very smooth going, no1 bombarded us,, no 1 was pushy, it was quik easy and I'd definitely tell friends to go there to purchase a car or truck, mike our sales consultant explained everything, there were no hidden surprises, definitely a comfortable car buying experience

Working with Mullinax was very simple and straight forward. I loved that we didn’t haggle back and forth over the price and that they don’t have any extra dealer fees. Christian only showed me the one truck that I came to see and didn’t try to talk me into anything else or more expensive, Mike worked out some great financing, and I left with the truck.
