We had a great experience at Mullinax. This is the second car I've bought from them. Sam was a knowledgeable salesperson, very helpful but no sales pressure. He accommodated all my requests throughout the sales experience and the turnaround time when I went to pick up the vehicle was very reasonable compared to other dealerships, about 90 minutes out the door. Highly recommend.

We had the best experience with Sam and Terrance. We had a car in mind and thankfully it was still there. Sam walked us through alot of the features of the car. Very helpful and informative. Was very impressed ,was passing thru and needed oil change,found out they took walk ins and it was Saturday, called and talked to salesman,Sam Cannon he came picked me up and I checked his used vehicles on lot. If I’m being honest, I really dread going to car lots lol. I live in Florida, but drove to Mobile, Alabama because they had a lot better deals on the car I was looking for than I could find in Florida. To be quite honest, besides how long you have wait inside for paperwork, (like normal) It was actually quite painless. lol. I didn’t feel pressure from my car salesman, Sam, nor anybody else I talked to at the car lot. Sam was very responsive through text message as well. I did not have quite the good experience at the Genesis Dealership in Pensacola, that’s for sure. I would definitely recommend this car lot and especially Sam for your salesman!
