Another thing I noticed is Mullinax Ford always have the same staff when I go back . They must be doing something right because they keep a happy staff.

We reserved our Bronco in June of 2021. Shannon and the team were amazing along process. Shannon always replied to emails and questions same day, and we were always kept informed of updates to our vehicle. Upon delivery of the vehicle on October 13th, the price was as promised, and it was the best new detail I have had on a vehicle purchase. They gave me a great value on my trade-in, no up charges or hidden fees, just sticker, and by far it was the easiest purchase I've ever made. Shannon Moore was my Sales contact. The communication was great, when I showed up everything was ready. I simply gave them my trade in title and keys, they brought out the new truck and off I went. They were helpful and honest, which can be hard to find these days. If you need a new car, go to Mullinax and ask for Shannon. They'll get you set up right.
